Block halving is coming.

If you ask me selling would not be smart at all because of the halving that is coming it will not be smart because you will lose profit because of that.
I think selling some coins could be good but not all of them, you will regret it for sure, just have patience.
Why not? halving is another 3 months away for those who are always mentioning halving.. If the person has coins and the price is rising, small increments can be sold and after the halving.. obviously not there entire supply. Yeah your right halving is too far to start buy bitcoin.. so if you want to make profit you can sell right now to make a profit and wait for the price decrease and buy again.. just like other trading doing.. if the month is june stop trading and start buy more bitcoins so that after halving ypou ca make more profit.. |

Yeah that's right, you can still do a few rounds of buy and sell from now before halving...take advantage of the price that keeps on moving and just stock your coins by May or June if you are really waiting for the price high.. |

If you think that you already made some nice profits out of your buying price just sold it. Don't think on the halving first as we all know that the pre-halving effect are not yet around. And besides, if the effect will come out we can ride the wave quickly because Im pretty sure it's not on a quick speed so you will still able to ride.

And besides, if the effect will come out we can ride the wave quickly because Im pretty sure it's not on a quick speed so you will still able to ride.
The price could rise a lot after halving, the same thing happened in 2012 and 2013. The price rose to all time high then. |

Thats if the set of new waves of buy orders come onto the exchange. If theres no actions when people list their bitcoins and people are barely buying if they think its a premium rate then we might just have a mutual stand point on price action. |

I don't think its right time to sell as the bitcoin price is not up and down too quick right now and everyone expected that it will hit $600 end of year. So better to sell when it hits $600 but i am thinking it will hit $1k soon.Just wait for the price to up a little bit more and then sell.

selling at current price is not profitable but if you have patience and if you can afford to hold it for next couple of months then it can be the best decision. That is true. The bitcoin price will rise a lot in the next few months. In April, the SegWit will be implemented. |

If you have paid less then what the price is right now of course you could sell it for a profit. If you need the money I would do it. But do not sell everything at once because the price will get higher sooner or later.

Yes if you are in emergency then you should sell some part of it, selling all your coins together is never recommended as we never know what will the value of bitcoin in future. |

It is not time to sell. Who sells when it is only the same price for weeks on end? There is no increase of your investment. Wait until there is an increase of atleast $50 then you can pull in some amount for your time of holding.

Everyone on this forum already heard from the halving and I think that is also why we do not have to sell them now, we should reconsider this at the end of this year.

Well that's true, the price is only moving few dollars up and down... The profit with that is only small when you have a small amount in trading site.. But those who have large amount of bitcoin, They can make big money with even small movement of price.. |

I believe there are plenty of enough time for expecting the pre consequence of halving to happen. Because, bitcoin is already nearly got 80% value appreciations from the price of last November 2015. I guess that was the first the phase of pre-consequence of halving. |

Yes if you are in emergency then you should sell some part of it, selling all your coins together is never recommended as we never know what will the value of bitcoin in future. People that sell all their coins regret it and buy back at higher levels if needed, just to get rid of their regrets. So yes, you are right with saying that it is better to sell only a part of your coins in case of emergency. If you have no other option than selling everything at once because you need all that money, then of course you must sell. |
