as long he has got a profit sell it now it's not bad because he can buy back again when price drop, i think the price of bitcoin will fall around one month before halving.

Its just an speculation that price will fall before halving, no one is sure about it and if it falls before halving then it will be difficult to see it going higher at halving.

waiting is better if some one 100% sure that the price will increase. no one can say what will happen tomorrow. bitcoin is unpredictable. the chance of getting price increase is high. but right now the bitcoin price is highest rate of 2016.. If I were you, I would definitely sell them now and buy again. this can give me double profit.

I would recommend to hold for at least 1 year instead of a few months till we reach the block halving. Don't put too much faith in the halving. Focus on the bigger picture.

Well, when you need money this time, then why not sell coins. There is no right timing to sell coins I think. Halving yes, you could profit big with that, but it doesn't mean that you have to wait til halving if you are in need right now. This time can be said is the highest price reached this year. yes it can only be disappointed, where halving can not increase the price. but if you believe, you do not need to sell to be disappointed, just be patient much longer and the price is bound to increase, halving will inevitably bring the price increases, although not immediately, but will be no effect in the next few months.
