I've seen a lot of posts positive and negative about Ethereum.

At the moment I am holding Bitcoins, but I have invested in some Ether as well.

Now I am wondering, what are legitimate concerns about Ether (except for IPO, as I've already read this in a lot of posts).

So can anyone bring real other issues to the table, to enlighten me (and maybe a lot of other readers?)

You should consider that there are a lot of positive things about Ether that made other people compare Ethereum to Bitcoin. Even if we can see that their price is really different. The potential of Ethereum is very high.That's why others even predict that Ether might replace Bitcoin someday. Ethereum is the best alternative cryptocurrency in my opinion. The best network and transactions. Most of all, it is the altcoin that is used in almost all ICOs. You should give Ethereum a try for you to know, or if you want to get it for free you already know that bounty campaigns are the best option.

Ethereum transaction fees are also getting expensive. But I am still optimistic on eth. There are also many big companies using their network so it is hard to imagine it to just fall down easily. I even think eth have is more influential and powerful than bitcoin so maybe it can take top 1 soon.

I had the same issue recently, but I also realised that I think most of my bearishness is just coming from this alt slump that's affecting a lot of coins (particularly the younger ones). It's certainly a good shout as low cap long shot coins go; they've made good headway in a short amount of time and are already making decent partnerships.

If you are considering moving it into core holdings (BTC, ETH, XMR) then fair enough, but make sure you aren't making emotional trades or just exchanging one low cap coin for another simply because ENJ hasn't fared well in this bear market.
In that case, ENJ would be a coin I'd be looking at buying right now. It's actually a good time to be looking at the ATL compares to the current price of these coins, and maybe even the RSI to see what is looking seriously oversold.
