Exchange of bitcoins can be done through PayPal only when exchanging peer to peer. Exchanges are not allowed and your PayPal account will be frozen and the money reversed. When you exchange peer to peer, you have to use a different reason other than exchange of bitcons, e.g. purchase of eBooks, etc
True, But even then, sometimes PayPal can ask for proofs that you purchased or sold that eBooks or what ever you tell them that you sold or purchased ... Anyway: theymos you should change the "AlertPay" with "PayZa" as they changed the name few years ago

He did the same with me for $195 and Paypal reversed the transaction to him immediately! I have contacted the Support to see if I can appeal.

Here is the e-mail I sent: I just logged into my Paypal account and found this transaction 0AF317516C2973904 reversed. This was a shock to me so I logged into my e-mail account to see if there are any messages from Paypal and I found two in quick succession. One notifying me that a case was opened and investigation was underway and the next one which was sent 2 minutes later says that "case is resolved" and payment reversed.Case number: PP-004-584-383-274. Wow you take 2 minutes and take the money from legit users and send it back to scammers. I never knew that I can reverse all my online spendings with Paypal in literally 2 minutes for no reason. Anyways just come to the point: I'll prove below that the buyer has received what he paid for and he is just a cheater and he shouldn't have got the refund for payment and shouldn't have qualified for so called "Buyer Protection". Here is his initial message asking me to sell him bitcoin and he will pay via his Paypal account : https://i.imgur.com/uf8GVZR.pngHere are further messages he sent to me which confirm that he sent payment to my Paypal and I sent him the "Digital Cryptocurrency" he requested and then he thanked me that he received it: https://i.imgur.com/bpmMlSv.pngHere is another screenshot which confirm that I sent him "bitcoin" removed ; to the same address in his message above. (He already confirmed that he received it and thanked me). He also submitted feedback on my public profile that he successfully traded with me https://i.imgur.com/DpxMMEM.png Third feedback is from him. You can also view this feedback online it's public https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=141466 (I believe he has not deleted it yet). Now a couple of days later he has opened a dispute out of nowhere and instantly got back his money rerversed from me. I have a firm believe that this was done in haste by cutomer support of Paypal. Please reverse the transaction it back to me. My Paypal email: XXX Best regards

Always ask for friends and family while receiving payment.
Which PayPal reverses.

Just a heads up. Don't trust that whole "I'll send you a selfie, my ID, everything you want" bullshit. I don't wanna post it here to give other scammers any ideas but if you're trustworthy enough, send me a message to find out why.

I don't know Personal/Gift payment is also reversible until yesterday. The dispute is still going and I hope my proofs will get my money back.

Not only that - a scammer can then use your details for identity fraud...
