I've become very wary of trading on Bittrex recently, leaving me only Cryptopia to trade my AUR, we could really do with another exchange or two - are their any plans to try & get listed on another (trustworthy) exchange?

Do you actually make money trading this?

Why not just accumulate and trade bitcoin?

I don't trade money, only crypto.

I do. But like I said, I no longer trust Bittrex for trading & the volume on Cryptopia is too low. Hence the question.

PIA went evil: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5203968.msg53160131#msg53160131 Unofficial & Uncensored SYSCOIN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4748031.0    Do not trust Yobit/HitBTC/BiteBTC/coinsbit/p2pb2b/Mercatox/C-cex/Poloniex/WEX/KuCoin/LiveCoin/TheRockTrading/Bitfinex/ADAB/Okex/TradeSatoshi/Gate.io/Changelly/Freewallet.org/crex24 scam exchanges or ICO's by known scammers like HashCoins/Ambisafe/Bountyhive - they WILL scam you! Thanks! Though I left it on over night and it was synced when I woke up. I thought it was going to take a lot longer than what it did.

Edit: I've started mining on a pool (http://crypto.office-on-the.net using Skein) but I don't seem to be getting the correct amount of coins. It does seem to increase over time, but what seems strange is how one person with 5GH/s gets 1.3 coins per block the pool finds but I only get 0.5 coins per block. I have 28GH/s.

I also noticed that discrepancy, though I am not mining myself.   Have you figured anything out ?

You can always check the development branch on github. There has been activity going on over there, that should give you hints about activity.

https://bitinfocharts.com/auroracoin/address/AT48a2R6w4Ebk8yYxqWE6fjFBKSqACcJy5

The account ranked 3rd on the richlist has been labelled as a lost mintpal wallet but the account shows a withdrawal of 20 000 coins this July.

Any thoughts?
seems next coins were moved...

I think the liquidators of Mintpal were in control of these funds. Hope thy will not dump on us like the cryptsy liquidators did.

Is true

Is false.

The original dev airdropped coins to Icelandic citizens when the coin was originally started.  He/She then burned the remainder of the coins originally premined, minus the 1 million coins that the AUR foundation holds for development, marketing, etc.  Those 1 million coins are pretty much still untouched.

I'm studying this currency, is it feasible to invest? Dev and the team are active? by the amount of supply, the price is attractive. Note that by the amount of daily volume is a silent coin.
