Mine worked fine for 3 days, then one of the boards died... Warranty is useless since they will want me to ship the entire unit. They have a California repair center apparently, but of course nobody answers the phone and who knows how long that will take. Anybody has recent experience with warranty repairs, specifically using the California center? As of now I think I'll just pay for repairing the board using bitmainwarranty.com

I think it is not fair that they don't actually deliver all December batch miner before the January ones.

It is a push at best  until we know when the December one ships.

Here is how I look at it  I ordered 5 since sept of this year.

first 3  

2 were late about  3 days each - 6 in the hole
1 was early about  26 days      +20  


next one  will be 40 days early  +60

last one ?

So while I appear to be lucky  as 60 days of 1 s-9 is good money

the final one  may be really late.  Or it may ship on the 21st of dec and I would get it on the 28th of dec about 9 days early

and  I would be 69 days ahead and 69 days of 1 s-9 is a lot of coin.

My chickens have not hatched yet.

you don't have enough airflow.

i have 2 1350 fans in the solar array loft  that is 2700 cfm.

it can cool 9 s-9's  so  I have 300 cfm per s-9  2700/9 = 300 cfm

you have 6000/30 = 200 cfm

we are running 6 s-9's and will be adding 2 more s-9's   that is 8 of them  but we have done as many as 9 in the solar array loft.

also my 2 fans are on top of the s-9's

Yeah CFM is the issue with each antminer doing 250cfm collectively I need 7500cfm of airflow. I am lucky to have below freezing temps outside so the air coming in is freezing cold which keeps the colder side of the room not to bad during the day. During the night you got bitter freezing air coming in dropping temperatures big time.

I was building a box in the windows and was going to duct each antminer into the box that has a 3000cfm fan so all the air would have no where to escape to except to the window. Sadly I can only print the shroud so fast so right now I have a tarp containing the air in the room so the air only goes up towards the window but since heat rises a lot escapes hence my high heat issues. But on the plus side No need to run the heat in the winter is pretty nice and $800 a day ain't bad.

What are the temperatures u are getting, lowest and highest for S9? Also, wat are the temps in your area?

I am getting 72-87 degrees on my miners...depending on time of day and type of miner. My area temp is around 25-32 degrees. I dont have the 4 season here.
The 14th runs abit hotter than the 13.5th as it uses more watts.

I know my temps are in the ok range but i still wonder
