once or max twice a year you fuck up so badly that despite being top on the market you make customer think twice before entering your web page!
My December order magically moved itself to January?! WTF?! You could fucking mail me that you are unable to ship out in given time due to high demand and etc. and are moving my order ship out for 3 weeks?! I mean that will be still the problem, but at least I knew it from you.
My repair ticket is at waiting list for more than a month, I opened support ticket twice and you said that you got the package but than nothing happened. I also opened a ticket regarding the webpage having an issue processing repair ticket information, on this ticket you answered too and told that it will be fixed soon, but we see no changes after a month.
Also why the hell you aren't tweeting or facebooking any more new order batches?
I'm buying those damn machines since S1 came out and this is how you treat old customers? I don't want to imagine people dealing with you for the first time. Yes Yoshi told me in Kiev that they have shortage of people but wtf guys? multi million company having a shortage of employees? Is this a greed or just stupidity?

Is it normal for an order to show as unpaid and expired when the BCH transaction paying for it has 9+ confirms? Is this something that they'll update later?

EDIT - Seems like others are having this same problem.   I'd like to open a ticket but the only option seems to be a repair ticket which specifies all sorts of repair specific information - is that what people are doing?

EDIT - Seems like others are having this same problem. 

I've had that issue couple times with BCH
just open a ticket to be sure and input the transaction link in it too.

Don't worry guys, they will fix it later even if it says Expired now. Usually within few hours. If it takes more than few days then I would get in touch with them.

Interesting that they had a limit of 20 pcs / customer for this batch.

previous batch was with same limits, but it was hell. I fucking overslept this batch and only now understood that there's a telegram bot for notifications! Damn!

that's why it not affected the BCH price, after 3 minutes it was like up for only 0.3%

I chose BCH as payment method (what else, doh), pressed Submit but literally nothing happened and Submit button is now greyed out. Am i supposed to pay before pressing submit? How to do it if cant click on a button. Any help is appreciated

You are probably right about pics.

About the page, i doubt its too long because i chose BCH and pressed submit in 10 seconds total.
There is a short countdown though, before anything happens, but no submit button anywhere, pic related

And when those 10 seconds expire, i click on submit but nothing happens and button becomes greyed out

Yeah mine is the same from first batch today, but this has happened before. Sometimes they confirm orders quickly, once it took about 24 hours or so. Probably they need to manually check them now for some reason and there is most likely quite a few to check

I doubt anything is being confirmed right now as it is 12:35a.  I know my last order was like that.  It showed expired when I went to bed and was processed when I got up.

Still unpaid and expired for me too. I must say I am feeling better after seeing others in the same boat here as well as the bitmain reddit.

Feel better this happened to others too. Its quite frustrating rush to pay within 5min, see 5 confirmations before 1 hour and still see the expired status. So according to everyone is wait one day? Is there a particular type of ticket I should open?

No, you don't need to open ticket, you need just wait, give a little bit of time(24h more less). Go out, go to sleep, play some games, and after certain amount of time you will get the mail, and status of your order will be changed.
