Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency?

Right now or in a short bitcoin will never be replaced by some other crypto currency or the altcoins, because bitcoin is the one which has grown high as well the long surviving digital currency. According to the way it's been developed, its been predicted that it lasts around 2150 year. So in my view, after this new coin with same potential of bitcoin might come with a new name.

no , because bitcoin is father of all altcoin or other coins .
since some other coins may be more profitable and more expansive but our traditional use is in term of bitcoin only so it is not easy for another coin to repla the bitcoin .
overall it may be that new coin will comparable but can't replace it .

Bitcoin is the most popular digital currency in the world and we are here now to invest and use bitcoin for our daily transactions, it will not be replaced by any other crypto currency although there is a big chance, because I do not see any competition with bitcoin and altcoins now.

That is impossible to happen because almost cryptocurrencies or altcoin are bitcoin based, the idea, and even functionalities and advantages or disadvantages are the same and most of all bitcoin is the most popular in crypto world. They made and release altcoins only for their purposes, and they even made alts for scamming people. Or even eth itself as the second bitcoin? Will never repalce bitcoin as the father of crytocurrencies.

I do not worry on that so much as long as what will replace is a crypto currency, actually I have made a little investment for some good altcoins based on my evaluation, if bitcoin will be replace by ETH and XMR then I would also make a good amount of profit then as the price when I bought it is not that expensive.

It would be really something is bitcoin would be taken over by some other crypto currency because bitcoin is at the moment the biggest one.
It would not make much sense if the more little one would take over Bitcoin.

I do not think there could be sure that, in addition to currency bitcoin crypto is the best and the biggest but it is likely to be replaced will probably continue to exist, because the new coin will continue to emerge and may be among them there are coin nicer and potential

Anything is possible in near future and if there is a new coin which holds better and unique features then bitcoin then in it will take no time for people to quit bitcoins and switch to new coin.

Highly doubt that, maybe in the next few years IF bitcoin doesn't take over much of the global businesses, then some may consider creating/adapting a new coin to replace bitcoin.

Even there will be coins much more precious than bitcoins but still it will be the standard altcoins. The rising of a new coin is an impossibility that can never happened.

Yes possibility it could happen. But if bitcoin continues to grow, I believe bitcoin could cope with it and can continue to compete well. Bitcoin has grown so much, so unfortunately if half way bitcoin could not compete anymore.

Of course microsoft isn't going to invest in Ethereum. If that was really the case, the price would rocket up like there is no tomorrow. They might however invest in a group of developers where they purely look at improving the blockchain from Ethereum as technology.

Don't know why you think after all bitcoin get mined on 2150 other crypto can replace bitcoin, even when all bitcoin will be mined that is 21 million bitcoin network will be functioning as due to limited supply price will be high with growing demand of bitcoin.
And also talking about new coin with same potential of bitcoin, why we need another clone without nothing new and we already have lots of such clones and i don't think they have any potential to replace bitcoin.

if any altcoin has any chance it is LTC because it is old, battle hardened and is being actively developed.

I had positive feelings about it for some time, but I have read some articles, and I have changed my mind on it.

ZCash is so privacy protected that you cant even know how many coins exists or if there is a backdoor in the code.

I hate the fact that monero doesnt have a GUI wallet, i wont even try it before they give out a GUI wallet, and it's shameful that they expect everyone to use a shitty command line interface. It wont work like that. So monero wont have any chance until they make it more user friendly.

The Monero is too different from the bitcoin. It uses totally different technology. Its blocks are bloating fast.

I would choose monero all day, we have witness already that the community are capable of making the price of monero high and that only prove this asset is very valuable, in fact we can buy monero now at its cheap price and make profit one's it will start to rise again.
