Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
I cant imagine any other cryptocurrency thay can replace bitcoin As fact states that the market movement is totally depending on the price trend of btc No other crypto has gained trust and credibility as such as bitcoin |

For now there do not seems to be any cypto currency which can beat or come near btc. The way btc has responded over the years has being magnificent. The demand has always kept on rising and now more and more countries are also legalizing this . Due to which demand will only rise for btc.

While there is no need to replace bitcoin with another crypto currency, I hope that this need will not be in the future. I would not want to depart from Satoshi's ideas.
It could be surpass in terms of success but it will not be replace because it is the original and people are using it as they get the convenience which they have not experience staying on a decentralized system. Bitcoin also gives individual a chance to invest since experts predicted this that it will be going to be a high value asset as it continues to exist. Yes, it might get surpassed. The same won't lead to replacement of bitcoin with some other digital currency. The basic will be there forever without which the entire system will collapse. Altcoins were developed with special purposes, but bitcoin is developed fulfilling multiple purposes. This makes bitcoin to be the best and continue to be the leader of digital currencies. |

Maybe in the future there is a chance that bitcoin will be replaced, but I think it is just a little percentage. Bitcoin is the pioneer of all crypto currencies and they are the start of becoming them famous for in th public. They are way too far ahead from any other coins and no coin had ever achieved their milestone. For me bitcoin will still be the king of all bitcoins the most successful crypto currency existing. |

It may happen some day in future.But in today's situation,its hardly not possible for any coin to replace bitcoin.High transaction fee was the biggest issue in bitcoin due to which some thought that other altcoins could soon replace bitcoin.But with segwit activation,that issue has been almost solved.So,for many more years,we could hope that bitcoin would continue to be number one. |

I am agree with you that nothing of the kind will happen in future. Bitcoin is going is very fast in this race in respect of his stable value and popularity across the world, so why it will replace with any other cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is revealing beneficial results and the returns from the bitcoin business is so much acceptable to people as compare to any other business. I think in future all other cryptocurrencies will hands up before bitcoin soon. |

Even if it might happen, it won't happen anytime soon. Maybe that might happen in five to ten years to come. And there is only one altcoin which can take over bitcoin, which is ethereum. Other than that, I don't see it happen, permanent.

Yes it's possible, In fact they are starting to introduce new cryptocurrency maybe they are planning to divert the market of bitcoin because it's getting expensive as day passes by…Maybe after 10 years there is new currency circulating the market but as of now let's just focus on bitcoin and invest what we can sooner the value will rise again it could be a good investment if we buy now.

There is not even a single currency which can beat bitcoin neither fiat currency neither crypto curreinces because bitcoin having power which is known as best currency in the world which is the only one crpyto currency who has ability to give you happen. While other are just uses for exchange good and services while bitcoin is giving you more benefit as well. |

I hope within a couple of months Bitcoin will rich $5k. In presents world, Bitcoin is more popular with other coins. Bitcoin popularity is increasing day by day. And it will continue. I think no one currency can Beat It. It stays King of the crypto market continuously.

I see a lot of posts like this, and you may be right, but it seems very dangerous to think this way. What if Visa or MasterCard decided to launch a cryptocurrency? Bye bye BTC! Will it happen? Maybe, maybe not, but thinking it is impossible for something to replace BTC seems like the same way others used to think nothing could ever replace a US dollar for a transaction. |

Nothing is impossible to replace BTC, there is alot altcoins but they will be always 5-10 times lower than BTC.
