That only works on poker however there are still tons of other games that we need to consider. This thing might work in poker however in some other luck based game like dice , this might not work. If you wish to have a proper bankroll for the game then you could always choose to start with a small amount instead

What an awesome advice and article. It does address some facts, but it doesn't say what you are really going to do. It's a good read anyways. I wish that I had already read that before I lost my bankroll due to greediness and that's pretty sad. Hoping to recover it with larger bankrolls.

When do you stop? Do you have a daily limit or something?

Since gambling depends on luck and it can make me empty hand so I have a dailly limit actually.Because when I deposit big amount like 1btc or more I can't stop gambling before my deposit balance got finished.So my daily limit is very small which is 0.01 btc only.I don't deposit big amount cause my luck doesn't go with me.

yes that is a good decision if you can manage your self to play gambling up to certain limit. but i think most of the people cannot do so. the reason can be that in third ward countries. we can see that the percentage of poor and uneducated people in casinos are more as compare to educated people therefore they do not have any sense to play gambling with a proper way, they just want to make money.

lost 1 btc then try to recover with 3 btc and so on until you experience lost it all ,
you will realize you should never chase the previous lost ,
just forget it and moving forward.

And that experience is common among gamblers. After winning something big from dust, they still want to further test their luck with betting the whole thing and wait if they are lucky, they will win, too bad if they lose, all will be gone. Actually we should be happy enough if we doubled our bankroll already, that's a sign that we already won something. Too bad that only few gamblers realizes that.

a person who is addicted to gambling will not accept any advice to stop gambling. rather you can advice him change his planing about gambling, he can reduce the amount of money he is investing in gambling. he can change the type of game he usually play gambling with he can also reduce the gambling timing.  but still these things also need a lot of hard work and determination.

Play with limited balance like 0.01 BTC. Stop when I lost it all. But, when I doubled my initial balance, I will send the profit to my other account or withdraw it to my wallet. I do it repeatedly until the balance becomes zero. That's how I play and how I stop. The initial balance will be vary, it depends on my finance at the time when I started a gambling session.

0.01 BTC amount is a quite good amount as an indicator to stop. But still that shows that we are just going to stop as long as we are going to lose.

This is what I'm always experiencing, I'm stopping when I don't have anything anymore and I almost lose a lot for that day.

And even I will set up a limit still, I will just do the same again tomorrow and if I'll be lucky enough to win some money then that's an indicator to keep on going.

I always set a goal like if I deposit 0.2 I tell my self if I reached 0.35 need to stop and withdrawal, and if I see that I'm losing only and have no chance of winning then I never go back to that casino.

Many of the gamblers prefer to do this type of strategy when they are going to gamble even me. But this isn't working for all the times because if we are going to aim an amount before we are going to stop. Probably we are just going to lose a lot of time and money before reaching that. Hahaha you say that if you don't have something to do you wont stop playing gambling? Or when your money isn't turning into zero this is nice but limit your self for playing too much in gambling don'\t play or never again deposit in the same day if you already lost accept it. Greediness will always lead us to expect more. For example, even we won small amount today, we are going to aim higher amount because we are not contented for that winning. And it is the reason why a lot of gamblers are not because of it. But if you know your limitation you will have enough time and knowledge on when to stop.

That is a very dangerous mindset, it is the anger emotion that you had, the more you lose the more heated your emotion, this is the one that can caused you to bet really high without you realized it, betting higher to cover losses is like flipping coin, you can cover your losses or you can fall deeper

That's sad because it's worst already, never put yourself in the situation that you will have to hate yourself.  Having debt because of gambling is a very irresponsible move, it will just ruin our life if we continue to do that kind of action. when your balance comes to zero so its mean that you also lost everything. so how will play gambling on the same any more. i think there are some people who have fixed some limit for gambling and when they touch the limit they stop plying anymore, although they have a lot of money in their pockets but they never try to play anymore.

That's the most popular way of knowing when to stop, when we are on zero balance. It's good to let those gamblers that can't control themselves to experience that. You will really just end up losing money if you don't have a target profit when you gamble. No one can always win consecutively in gambling. If you get to greedy you will just lose what you already earned. And that is not good, we all know that our target when gambling is to have profit but that not happens because we are not contented in our profit and continue to play until we lose in the end and go home with nothing.
