I guess it depends on what you call "news".

If you're talking major tv channels well ... too much money involved right there, too much collusion with politics/wales too. Well nop I don't trust them.

But that doesnt means that every journalist is corrupt, and that good investigation work doesn't exist. You just have to look out for them.

While I can understand that every news outlet will have their own set of truths, it must be remembered that these said truths are based on the biases they have.

Not really. As far as I know, some medias these days are biased. They spread fake news in favor of one sided news. I believe that fake rumors are just around. Media is also hiding negative news by replacing it with good ones in favor of those who pay them. It is all about money and they can even pay the truth.

News have to be nonpartisan and transparent, so they arent allowed to report fake news.
The more problem is that they often have not the complete information which causes
discussions between the politic and the folk.

Yes, I still do believe in news. However, one must know how to recognize genuine sources of news. It is essential that we only share and talk about truthful news because fake news only create factions among us. In politics, pursuing personal motives in any possible way are not uncommon. Sadly, some media outlets or journalists allow horrendous politicians to use them for personal gains. They sacrifice authenticity and only think of ways to make them marketable.

It depends on what their news is all about. Sometimes you will feel if it’s biased news or not. In our country one of the biggest network is biased in delivering news specially its about the current government.they are giving false accusation or news that is not well researched. For me you as a reader or a citizen should be vigilant or be the judge if it either a fake news or not.

Yes. I certainly do not believe the news to a full extent. Especially on television and newspapers. The news that we see on TV is filtered a lot and there are powerful people behind it controlling what can broadcast and what is not. And with confidence, you should always keep the distance aside and evaluate whether it is a reliable source

base from the main stream media here in the philippines there are only selected things and happening they are showing, and some news are being manipulated, sometimes they're also showing fake news. that is why for me i never believe news and articles i read and watch on tv.

There is no independent media. Every journalist in any case has his own judgment, which is conditioned by his environment, views on life and who he works for. Each person writes about what he supports.

I believe on idealism of media, whether it is tend to be leftist, rightist, or central ideology.
But I am not sure about their independency and objectivism, since there will always be redactional policies, company's or organizational ideology and tendencies, and data biases. That's why we should always be critical.
