In present situation it is really good to accept bitcoin as my salary because even i can use it for different purpose without disturbing my fiat currency like trading, investing, gambling etc. When i am converting from fiat currency to bitcoin i need to pay lot of fee for it. Now it won't be a problem for to accept bitcoin as salary.
And what money you pay for public utilities or buy food? For daily needs still are not without Fiat. Theoretically you can use services like Cryptopay, then exchange your Bitcoin to FIAT and use the VISA/Debit/Mastercard to pay or get the money at the ATMs. That sound really nice when you say it, but there is problem about that. If you get bitcoin as your salary, for day to day needs you need fiat. So yes you can change bitcoin to fiat, but in the process i think you would lose more than you would get. It is better if you change all bitcoin at once. Its not good for now for salaries to be in bitcoins. |

I will accept bitcoin as my salary up to 50% of my total salary. 25% I need for paying electricity , water, internet and mobile. 25% I need to live just a bit under the average standard of living but that's a sacrifice I will make which I hope it will be rewarded in the near future.
I also do not mind to be paid in bitcoin, but the fact is that the costs will still have to pay to Fiat. Therefore, if the salary is enough to spend on the life of only 50%, the rest can be saved for the future. |

You are right dude, and it would be nice if most of people could save 50 percents of there salary, and put it in bank or somewhere else. But that reminded me of another question. The main difference why would people accept bitcoin as payment at the moment is, rise of bitcoin. But if we put aside rise of bitcoin, what would be difference between fiat and bitcoin? I think its same. Even i would accept bitcoin at the moment, because of bitcoin worth rise  . |

Its actually a really good idea but its better if the bitcoin is settled with 1 price like 10k No stability to be able to confidently say that the un fixed salary. The idea is certainly good, but today it is very difficult doable. I have not yet in a hurry to make a salary of bitcoin. |

Then why get paid in bitcoin, if you are not going to save these coins. It is better to receive Fiat as before. If bitcoin is on the purse, it is better to let them be stored for future prices. |
