what is the average cost of buying coins ico in btc?
I dont know the average price but the price was 6-10 VRC iirc, which would be in the 50k-100k sat range.

The price of VRC is around 8500 at Bittrex, so from today's view 1 VRM is in 50k - 90k range. I have no numbers with regards to mining profitability.

If the price dont go below ICO price then mining is pretty good right now.

Does anyone know how to get current hashrate by cli? On other coins it is like "gethashrate" or sth similiar but i wasn't able to get hashrate on Verium except from the wallet.

Someone please help, I've been mining for 4 days at 900H/s and have not found a block, could it be just bad luck? or is it because I'm using the same wallet on different computers?

Can someone from the Dev team please confirm, would it be normal not getting any blocks after mining for a week at 900 H/s and then start getting blocks in a row? or am I just wasting time and electricity? should I just create and mine with new wallets?

I know some who are doing it without problems its also not uncommon to go a couple or few days without a block. At your hashrate you will eventually 'roll doubles' just gotta keep rolling to get it.

Verium 1.0.3 is released. It is a recommended update that improves the built in cpu-miner to minimize the number of stale hashes for scrypt² (credit to Rlmic on vericoinforums.com). It also improves the accuracy of the hashrate readout and block hit estimator. Update in wallet via Help->Check for update, or here: http://www.vericoin.info/veriumlaunch.html

I have half of your hashrate, mining since beginning and had didn't find any blocks for 5 days straight, then 4 blocks in one day, then again 5 days passed, so far one block today, hoping to get the rest like before. 24/7 mining.

My trick with soft links does not work again. Please pack your version libcrypto.so.1.0.0 (./libs directory) into the installation package. You already have libssl there. Thank you. LD_LIBRARY_PATH=. ./verium-qt ./verium-qt: ./libcrypto.so.1.0.0: version `OPENSSL_1.0.0' not found (required by ./verium-qt) ./verium-qt: ./libcrypto.so.1.0.0: version `OPENSSL_1.0.1d' not found (required by ./libs/libssl.so.1.0.0) ./verium-qt: ./libcrypto.so.1.0.0: version `OPENSSL_1.0.0' not found (required by ./libs/libssl.so.1.0.0)
I tried Verium 1.0.3 and the problem is still present. Not everybody is fine with compiling from source ./verium-qt: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
