Although my hashrate is around 1000 H/s while mining over wallet, cpuminer shows 40 H/s. What am i doing wrong?

This cpuminer seems very optimized I'm testing it now, but most likely you have 1000 H/m and 40 H/s with this miner.  More than double speed potentially.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

As effectsToCause said nothing wrong your wallet shows in H/m the other miner shows in H/s.
So your actually mining at  2400 H/s.

Update for everyone on the pool:
Having a few stability issues with the redis backend shouldn't effect your mining as its used for caching and I am keeping a close eye on it.
You might see the pool restart from time to time as I resolve these issues.

Suggestions for minimum payout?

No but you can use this one which is same hashrate it seems, other one is forked from but you can solomine. https://github.com/tpruvot/cpuminer-multi/

any chance of getting the OP updated with miner link and pool address? That way those new to VRM can find all the info in one post rather then scanning the thread?

Restarting to pool each time it throws errors atm while I solve the underlying issue.

Sorry guys pool is coming down till I can remove redis completely and stop the invalid miners from crashing the server Sad
Its just not stable enough with this many connections with the invalid ones aswell.

I've fixed the bug which meant I had to reset the pool every few minutes...
Pool will still be up and down over then next few hours as I have to sort out hashrate's and general UI changes.
One of the downtime's will be migrating to a dedicated box so I can setup a testnet on the current box for development to reduce downtime Smiley

While I was making these changes we hit our first block! Smiley
No payments will go out with this block as the minimum payout is set to 10VRM but once the block is confirmed you should be able to see your earning for that block here:
http://www.cpuminers.com/pool/VRM/block/6334

Thanks for your patience today wasn't the launch I was hoping for. Spent 2 days testing obviously need more Sad

there are 2 ico prices:
6 to 1 vrc/vrm or 10 to 1 vrc/vrm. now your btc price depends on your vrc aquisition price but i estimate for most should be between 60-120k sats/vrm
