Too bad we aren't listed on Coin Cap by ShapeShift. Hope we get in contact with them soon and try to get Verium listed on that list. Too bad Verium isn't on ShapeShift though.

These Xu4s are BEAST , wow! What i like is the flexibility, its like A GPU miner, you could mine anything with this little farm! One could argue it dosnent take up the most practical amount of space, but MAN does that look COOL! I am looking at the XU4 now, seems the best one thing buy to start here, maybe ill use my old gridseed powercables here... hehehe Good job guys, Verium is looking to be building a SOLID community! I can see the good signal for this coin but Dev needs more detailed actions to attract more big investors to join this coin. It will creat a strong power to rocket this coin into the sky. Hope Dev will work hard to support this coin in the future.

We are working on getting the word out, marketing and roadmap will show where we are heading.

After looking at the project, I am interested to mine some Verium for myself. Before doing so , I have a few questions which I hope some veteran members of Verium could answer me. Firstly, what is the hashrate that I can get with a Intel Core i7-3630qm 2.4ghz (Turboclock to 3.2ghz) and another desktop Intel Core i3-6300 3.8 ghz. Secondly, is it easy to change Verium to verticoin? Lastly, is it really AISC and GPU resistant as stated in the description?

There's a guy in our community @Jack0oo88 or something along those lines that knows more about all the numbers, but my guess would be you can get about 1700k/h for the Core i7, and maybe about 600k/h for the the core i3. Not too much but you'll get something even if you ere solo mining. Yes, Verium is ASIC and GPU resistant. At least that's currently what we all believe, unless someone makes a machine that mines Verium.

I was thinking about the dual blockchain.. will the verium proof of work record any verification of vericoin blocks in its blockchain? Or maybe there could be some kind of superblock the dual wallet creates occasionaly. Given the history of vericoin with the fork it would be especially cool if something like that could be done. Sort of acknowledging the disagreements that happened over that issue.. and saying we're finally putting that in the past with this extra layer of immutability.

Heya, a simple i7 4770 can hash at 1100-1200 h/m You can change VRM to VRM but to be honest I've never tried to do it! To check which kind of hashrate you can acheive, just download the verium wallet, let it sync, select the numbers of cores you're gonna use for mining and then click the logo to start mining. You should see your medium hashrate in less than a minute on the left side

You do not even need to know the wallet console command, just set procesor thread amount and click start Another problem is that now the hit solo block borders on the miracle: /

Yes Verium miners will pass some VeriCoin blocks. As the hashrate increases Verium miners will pass more VeriCoin blocks. Increasing decentralization, immutability, transaction speed and scalability.

I've downloaded the verium vault 1.04 but I cant get a sync or connection. Is there something else I need to do before mining?
|
When I was younger we didn't have behavioural disorders. They called it "being a brat". It was as simple as that!

Let's figure out why your wallet is not synced.

That would be great.
I did a base install of the VRM vault, I can see the files on the PC just fine including wallet.dat (so everything looks like it installed correctly). Program launches and displays fine, menus work, etc. Bootstrap blockchain gave no errors when extracted But no sync
VRC wallet synced fine
I run NXT and ZEK on the same machine, they sync fine. I've tried disabling anti-virus, firewall, VPN, etc, still no sync
I've made no changes to the default config file created during install (which is why I asked if anything else needed to be done).
What other info can I provide for troubleshooting?

You know I think I know your problem, but I am not 100% sure if I'm right. Are you in the Slack chat with us at https://t.co/NE613MdtlO. (Link to invite to the slack channel)
