I just sent 5 BTC to my heat wallet account at 2017-07-01. But I didn't get my BTC yet. I sent twice that day, It works. But it didn't work last time. I send a request to support email/desk support. It got over four days, no any response. Anyone can help me?
Did you send from an exchange? Yes. I sent from Bittrex.com. What different for exchange or other address? I sent an email to support@heatledger.com. I didn't get any response from heat support team yet.

What I like:
Transactions are now very fast, the fastest I have seen in blockchains.
What I dislike:
Whenever an update happens, I have troubles. Again, I cannot forge. Downloaded client without server.

I didn't get any response from heat support team yet. So you ignored these instructions for depositing BTC? "Please do NOT send BTC directly from another 3rd party exchange as deposits to Heat Wallet need to have an unique txid associated."As far as I know it CAN work if you have luck, but it is also possible that it doesn't. If you do so the devs have to sort that out manually (from what I understood) what takes time...

Getting interested and want some quick answers before I dive deeper. At first glance this appears to be similar to Waves or Bitshares (Obits) decentralized exchange. Bitshares has a 3 second blocktime. What does HEAT have?
I would be interested in providing liquidity services and market making on the exchange. Are there any publicly available bots or company funds set aside for such purpose? Is the API available? I may be able to help in this.
Please bear with my questions:
---I see there is some kind of rewards - not sure how this works and POS and inflation. Does this mean I can stake my tokens and earn any interest? Is it proportional to the number of tokens I can stake? Are rewards live yet?
---Regarding the value of the HEAT token - What purpose does it serve besides securing network (above) - Is there some kind of payout, or burning (like OBITS) every X days, or are they merely a placeholder to get some kind of discount on the eventual company stock and to secure the network (POS)? Ideally, I like coins that could eventually earn their own dividends or am open to the idea of company stock.
---Can the eventual stock be owned by a US citizen? Will it be traded on any traditional exchanges? Can I acquire it besides owning "HEAT" tokens? What is the price with or without HEAT? Can I buy HEAT now and get same stock benefit as if I bought on day 1?
---Is there any more information on these items since the whitepaper?
---Any social channels (Slack)?
---Any better charting available? The existing chart is horrible, but I realize it is new. Looks cool though.

I am on a fork but I dont know how to change this Can someone tell me please? Stop heatledger. Delete contents in blockchain dir. Start heatledger and let it resync. When resync is finished check if still on fork, if on fork repeat, if not start forging.

There is no company fund for this. Yes the API is available Some of the tools can be found here. https://heatwallet.com/api/#!/Tools/encodePlease bear with my questions:
---I see there is some kind of rewards - not sure how this works and POS and inflation. Does this mean I can stake my tokens and earn any interest? Is it proportional to the number of tokens I can stake? Are rewards live yet?
Yes you earn POS rewards by running a node. Its basicly like earning interest but your wallet needs to be online with the server running. At the moment its roughly 5% per month. ---Regarding the value of the HEAT token - What purpose does it serve besides securing network (above) - Is there some kind of payout, or burning (like OBITS) every X days, or are they merely a placeholder to get some kind of discount on the eventual company stock and to secure the network (POS)? The HEAT coin is used to pay fees to the network. I dont remember what other plans there are. At the end of the year there will be an IPO. Holding HEAT by a specific date yet to be announced will grant you options to buy Heat Ledger shares for half price. ---Can the eventual stock be owned by a US citizen? Will it be traded on any traditional exchanges? Can I acquire it besides owning "HEAT" tokens? What is the price with or without HEAT? For the rest I guess you will find better answers on slack https://heatslack.herokuapp.com/

Not publicly available bots yet, but yes liquidity bots and even algorithmic trading bots have been tested and are being worked upon. Company funds are indeed allocated for liquidity providing bots, but this hasn't been publicly emphasized too extensively so people aren't aware of this feature coming up. Please contact me by PM for suggestion about arrangements for assistance / co-operation regarding this. The interactive API at https://heatwallet.com/api allows some public usage but mostly not transaction creating operations currently, you'll be better off with your own server - or just the full node downloaded from https://github.com/Heat-Ledger-Ltd/heatwallet/releasesAs Kazadar mentioned, good source for further information is the HEAT slack at https://heatcrypto.slack.com

And also, to confirm then, what purpose will HEAT tokens have after the IPO, besides to secure network? Seems their value will be minimal if not to get discount on company stock. Will they do anything else? Most comparable coins, Bitshares and Waves, I think serve a few other built-in purposes / values.
