Hi,

My account is #6144386146893910347

I requested to withdraw BTC to my wallet a 30 hours ago and I did not receive yet. Dev, can you help me please?

I hope HEAT is not a scam!
It does say that withdraws takes 24 hours sometimes a bit more.

You will get you BTC.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I will go to the police and the lawyer if I do not get my BTCs. I'll put them in jail.

Go and do it then.  If you want help it usually pays to ask nicely rather than making threats.

It took us a few moments more to respond to your questions, otherwise you'd have received your payment slightly earlier Smiley

24 hours limit for processing BTC payouts at the current moment is not strict. For 95% of cases the payout speed is 1-24 hours, for ~4% it has taken 24-48 hours, and the remaining 1% don't have proper instructions for payout address. Clearing those cases manually takes a lot longer.

Under development is secure automation for verifying BTC payouts, which will improve the payout times considerably and make them more regular.

Soul_eater_123, I don´t need ask to receive that is mine. 48 hours is too much. Exchanges usually transfers BTC in few minutes. HEAT looks like a good project, but they need to do modifications in your web wallet. It is not acceptable for the customer to go to social networks to ask for their money. Transfers must be automatic or HEAT is out of the game.

Told you you need to complain!

Oh here is a funny fact for all the people that got scammed on the A2A asset exchange. I had a chat with a friend of mine, a lawyer... YOU CAN SUE HEATLEDGER AND YOU WILL WIN! They provide the platform, they are accountable that there are no scam coins on there. This is the law in the european union, there are a lot of rules and regulations and they can be held accountable. The reason is that they know that people got scammed on their exchange AND they have the power to shut these markets down. They did not and therefore let, knowing that these markets are run by scammers, continue to rip peoples money off! They admitted to that!  Therefore they have the responsibility to regulate the markets offered on their platform! This is punishable under european law! Compare the situation to ebay, if ebay knows that certain accounts are scamming people they are under law obliged to close these accounts or else they can be held accountable! A simple sign saying "be warned" is not enough and IF YOU SUE THEM YOU WILL WIN! I PROMISE YOU THAT! GET TOGETHER, SUE THEM AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK NOW! GO TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT AND TELL THEM YOUR STORY! THEY WIL HELP YOU! YOU HAVE MORE POWER THAN YOU THINK!

Note that HEAT is in very early stage now. Bittrex and Poloniex might not want to list it until the chain is 100% stable and without forks. HEAT is making huge progress and there are more good things to come, however forks still happen and exchange can not risk situation like that. Also big exchanges list coins based on their current activity. If you want HEAT listed there, you need to make some noise.

I understand but people are much more likely to help if you ask nicely that is my point.

The most common problems issues are that you need to install the Java SDK or isnt using a 64-bit system.
Try asking for help on slack.

I mean that the normal operation of a period of time suddenly interrupted, not the installation problem
