Looks like i was on a fork. Does anyone know how long it takes to remove blacklisting of my IP?

Same here. Can I do something about it or is it just waiting?
No all you can do is wait.
I think it about an hour it takes to be removed from the blacklist.

Pending withdrawals from Sunday's blockchain reorg have now been completed. Special cases may remain pending, so please send a private message from your HEAT account to 9583431768758058558 (Heat Ledger Ltd) with details (BTC address, time and amount / block height of HEAT transaction) of your missing withdrawal.

Automation is progressing and withdrawal speeds should be generally seeing gradual improvement from now on.

Found out I was on a fork too after my node didn't show up on https://heatbrowser.com/report.html and I suddenly stopped getting rewards.

Maybe it's a good idea to have some data available on top of how many nodes blacklisting me and easy way to wipe blockchain and start again. Some kind of blockchain status screen.

I see on heatbrowser.com that rewards are extremely low. Can anybody forge at the moment?

I'm very confused. I seem to have forged again according to my balance, but I don't see my self on https://heatbrowser.com/report.html still.

Perhaps the node watching for heatbrowser is the one having issues?

According to https://heatnodes.org/ I forged 4 times today and that agrees with my balance.

Yes, last  POS/POP Reward at 2017-07-04 13:54 UTC. But there seems to be an issue with the calculation of balances and estimated monthly rewards in the HEAT Account Information on heatnodes.org...

Seriously, why are you people consider to be in this project? This is no blockchain project, everything runs on private servers and a central BTC gateway. They change asset names of users whenever they like to. They take users funds whenever they like to. Stop being in this project, it's a centralized scam

If you look at the block height Heatbrowser is behind by 10k blocks which is messing with the calculations.

Are you a hardcore conspiracy theorist?

> "This is no blockchain project"

What is it then in my nodes folder \blockchain? blocks, blocks.blockid, blocks.index, blocks.transactionid.
Or all the blocks in the block explorer?

> "everything runs on private servers"

What is "everything"? The wallet/explorer/exchange/etc.?
Feel free to host and share your own! https://github.com/Heat-Ledger-Ltd/heatwallet/releases

> "central BTC gateway"

See this:

... And some sort of demi-centralized BTC gateway to be able to trade the BTC/HEAT pair with any fluency of moneyflow. ...

...
I think the fiat gateways would be handled by another company but integrated in the HEAT software.
...
That's spot on! Thanks!

Or what do you expect?

> "They change asset names of users whenever they like to"

Keep two things in mind:
1) I'm not exactly sure about this but the company may have a modified heatwallet running. As said earlier, feel free to host your own.
2) Such things should not be a problem at all in a still early stage of development.

Also see this:

"Certified" on AE means the asset has been either issued or is vouched for by Heat Ledger Ltd

For a moderate network fee anyone can create any assets they can name anything (that hasn't been reserved) on the Asset Exchange. It's a decentralized peer-2-peer asset exchange, concerns not only trades but issuing assets also.

...
- there are assets, and there are markets
- BTC is an asset, HEAT is a special asset - as it's the native token of the HEAT wallet - both created and backed by Heat Ledger Ltd
- BTC/HEAT is a market for which both pricing currency (BTC) and asset (HEAT) are backed by Heat Ledger Ltd
- Any asset creator can create markets for any pricing currency. In such a case it may well be that the pricing currency gateway is backed by company, whereas the asset itself isn't, as is the case currently with some markets. In such circumstances the pricing currency gateway can be trusted whereas the asset gateway necessarily can't if you don't have more detailed information about the asset issuer.

A bit later we plan to include a certification procedure where we can verify the trustworthiness of the 3rd party asset issuers and their gateways, and grant them certified status. This is already available technically and we use it for assets backed by Heat Ledger Ltd. However verifying issuers manually and monitoring status as a certification authority is a resource intensive process, only becoming available when there's dedicated personnel employed for that specifically in the near future during the operation of Heat Decentralized Asset Exchange proper - as opposed to experimental Heat Decentralized Exchange pilot now.

Heat Ledger Ltd has reserved standard assets for major existing cryptocurrency tokens that were available on Jan 26th, and in the client we can additionally override any names already created, or choose which markets to display. Currently no limits are enforced and all created markets are displayed while tech is being deployed and updated often. This will change to better support Heat Ledger Ltd's business model (in wide context, including 3rd party exchangers and other asset issuers) when the experimental phase is concluded. Until that it's naturally buyer beware, and verify details before you dive in, as in all decentralized crypto.

> "They take users funds whenever they like to"

Would you please specify?

I should really swear on you now..

Hello, I ve sent 2 emails, 2 facebook messages but the support didn't help me in anyway yet. Right now I ve posted on the offical Heat wallet too.

Tuesday 27 June (already 4 days ago) I ve tried to withdraw my entire ammount of BTC from Heat (new version of Heat wasn't realesed yet) to an other adress.

I ve followed step by step the guide for BTC withdrawals but I can't see my BTC neither on Heat nor on the other provided adress; my BTC are disappeared!

I don't know which are the sensible data I can post here, so give me a working email to comunicate through and I will update this post on how Heat is treating my case.

Please reply me in this post first!

Let's se if now you are gonna help me.

Ok, finally after 1 week all is solved.
The problem was because of a bug on the old version of Heat wallet, support attended me after some time.
All is ok now.

That is for withdrawals. Deposits should happen with the 1st confirmation on the BTC blockchain.

For everyone using the web wallet at heatwallet.com, be aware that there is a fraudster pretending to be HeatLedger on toolbox. He/she is promoting uncertified tokens that have no real backup or value for that matter. When trading assets, please do your due diligence.

Here is a list for certified assets/asset-pairs (not all have gateways ready yet).

BTC/HEAT
BTC/FIMK
BTC/GNT
BTC/XRP
FIMK/HEAT

+

XEL-asset is uncertified but the gateway is ran by a trusted 3rd party and the circulating amount on the exchange is backed up with real XEL.

Leave everything else alone as for there is no guarantee your investment is safe.
