What does "weight" actually mean in the HEAT network?
If it's the same as for NXT, then why does it matter for rewards?

Does a weight above 0 mean (prove?) that someone is running more than 1 node?
Because I set "100" as weight when creating the Hallmark for my Node, but in the nodes list (API) it shows 0.

Weight: A weighting value for your node.
If you only operate one node, the value doesn't matter... but if you operate multiple nodes, you can use this value to set a relative "weight" for each node.  The network will "sum" all of the weights for your hallmarked node, and use the ratios of those weights to determine how much traffic each one can bear.

Weight is calculated dynamically. The value depends on how many coins you keep in the address that you used to generate the hallmark. You can assign 100, but if you sent coins out of there after that, the weight will be re-counted as 0. If you run one node you can assign any value, it's how many coins you got in the balance that counts.
There is a bonus for positive weight because nodes with weight > 0 have more peers connected to them and they are more valuable to the network. At least this is how it is in NXT, I believe HEAT is the same.

I have quite a lot of HEAT which I have not touched since the ICO and while I am happy that the price recently went significantly up I find it a bit scary that it is impossible to sell this HEAT without making the price collapse. Also some of my HEAT is in the wallet and I have access to it after typing the passphrase but the other part is on C-CEX and I can not transfer it out. Probably lot of people are in such situation, they can not sell part of their HEAT because it is stuck. When this will be fixed? I understand you do not want for everyone to dump at once, but even if this happens after C-CEX launches HEAT the price will recover, so why not let people sell?

I was referring to rewards of mining (PoS) that has been enabled on the testnet. The blockchain seems to handle it all in a good fashion. Are you talking about the community based lottery? If so, it has been raise the node number to over 100. Great work community!

If it is assumed that 40 nodes participate in the lottery, this results in an average expected payout per node equal to 2.5 HEAT per day. In one month this will amount to 75 HEAT or about $7.5 at current market prices. Since this return is higher than the typical monthly cost of renting a VPS, it is also profitable to run a node when participating in the lottery. If, in the future, many more nodes participate in the lottery, the ambition is to raise the rewards in the lottery from donations to continue to make it profitable to run nodes. Having a large number of nodes is important to strengthen and secure the HEAT blockchain."
