Which one is good, trading or investing?

I think trading is good why? Because trading helps your bitcoin grow buy altcoin the price is low and sell it when the price is increase. Investing is not good like investing in hyip/ponzi loose your bitcoin . investing in ICO and gambling site it can help to grow your bitcoin a little.

trading = store value in short term , investing = store value in long term ,
both are pretty similar but i do like to invest more although i do trade too ,
trading cost a lot of time when investing not too much, just waiting and even forget it for future.

for investing, i think investing our money in bitcoin is enough than we investing in other programs. and trading is another ways to earn more bitcoins and both is good to do when we want to make money because both giving the same opportunity to us but we should thinking about the risk of both.

I have a different definition about trading and investment. "All trading is investment but not all investment is trading". Trading is a kind of investment, when you trade you invest and there are two kinds of trading, Day trading and that is short term kind of trading that is done overnight while long term trading is a kind of trading that is done overtime. Investment on the other hand refers to all kinds of bitcoin activities such as purchasing bitcoin, holding bitcoin, trading, gambling, hyips, mlm, and many more.

Investing. For me you need to Invest it all because you can loss in trading and it will not help you to earn or you can even liss all of your money in just a few seconds, hour or days. So I want you to choose investing because  you can earn in investing little amount but guarantee. So if you will choose trading you can loss but you can win It's just like a gambling so better choose to your self.

Investing and trading is one of most profit way to earn much bitcoin. There are many sites where you can invest. In trading you can earn faster than investing if you have a trading strategy. Even in the campaign you can invest or trade your bitcoin. There are people who member in this forum could help you.

Just like what other people has probably said in some other part of this thread, "trading is investing but investing isn't necessarily trading." There's just different types of investments and trading is simply just trading. In investments, you can invest it in a company, build your own company, franchise from a company, or simply just invest in altcoin trading. Just because you're investing, doesn't mean that you're going to invest your coins in trading.

They are both good, yes, but only if you're good at it. Trading comes with so much risk since anyone can ruin your investments by dumping the coin. There are types of investments that the future belongs to your hands. For example, an investment of building your own startup company. Your earnings would depend if you're hard working or not, or if you can have enough audience to make your company earn profits.

I do both, I think both are good for making money, this time I worked with a salary per month of about $ 1.200. of the salary was 50℅ for the cost of life and the rest I use for investment, trade, and gambling. investment that I choose is gold, stocks, and altcoin. investment gold and d for long term, while altcoin is an investment medium that is 1 year to 5 years.

that's right i prefer to do both at once , just to anticipate when you can't deal with how bitcoin priice move up and down so quick, see your money losing its value in long term investment then do scalping trade at least could make you feel not insecure anymore. don't know which one are better as so far i do both .

In fact trading is a type of investment on its own. This is because we need to put our money into something in order to generate more money. basically we are investing the money into some commodity (like bitcoin or any altcoin) and hoping to get profit from it.

So in a sense they are actually the same only difference is the time of exposure - trading in short term give high returns with high risks and investments are generally long term

Both of these are profitable but have different purposes.
Let me say about trading first, trading usually use by peoples who wanna get big profit in short term. In once or twice trade with huge capital trading is very profitable.
But invest is the way that someone should wait for a long time to get big profit. It is long term investment different from before. But if you invest your bitcoin in to legitimate company, it'll be more safe rather than trading which have lot enough of risk.

Actually, with just $200 or equal to 0.2Btc now, you can't expect so much from investment as the capital is not big enough to get decent profits. Trading may the best option to grow it better, as I believe there are some potential coins to trade for. All you need to learn about which coins you need to deal with, the outcome will be great as well.

Both are risky and in both you can't just put money in it and do nothing more. As trading as investing both are work. I think to decide what is better for you - you need to try with part of your wealth one and another and decide what you like the most and where the profit is higher.

investment risks which vary depending on the type of the investment itself. better not to use all your money on something risky, use of safe and maybe a few percent to the risk method

I see blockchain techonology in general as a longterm investment. I only trade when I need to buy and hold what I buy. My favorite coins are Bitcoin and Mooncoin. I am buying both of them from time to time and I store them in cold storage.

Im not expecting to be rich from either of them but I consider them both a store of value. When blockchain becomes more prelevant in day to day life things will change. The 21 million bitcoin in existence will just not be enough for everyone.

Its just a matter of time until people see the potential of using cryptocurrencies.
 
Just take a look at how Mooncoin is creating a worldwide smart likes system called Moonlite and the use cases of it. This is just a small part of how different chains can solve different issues.

Investing. For me you need to Invest it all because you can loss in trading and it will not help you to earn or you can even liss all of your money in just a few seconds, hour or days. So I want you to choose investing because  you can earn in investing little amount but guarantee. So if you will choose trading you can loss but you can win It's just like a gambling so better choose to your self.

There's no certain answer I think due to every person has different interest/knowledge to something.
Moreover $200 isn't enough to make a good investment if you don't have any clue where to invest.
Op can choose depends on his abilities to grow it, investment : if he already knows what kind of legit project to put the money.
Trading : if he knows which one of coins will bring good profits for him.

There is a big diffence in trading and investment. Once you spend your money in such coins, then you hold it to earn profit you can called it investment. In the other hand, if you do buy and sell a pair of coins, then that is what we caller trading. Investing has a higher risk than trading because in trading, you can do it in very short time and don't lead you to be scammed, while investing its a long term, and you might be scammed or your sale's value miight goes down continuously.

In addition to the time required, I believe the 'effort' required should also be considered.

For investments, one needs effort at the start, when choosing, researching, and deciding on where/which to invest on. After that, it would only take the occasional monitoring/follow up. While

Trading is more on being active and keeping on top of things. We'd usually need to be in constant watch else we miss a good time.

Anyhow, I prefer investments. It's not too hectic, great for the long-term, and doesn't need constant supervision.

Trading is the best, I agree with that. If we make it through step by step to become good trader I am sure we can get a great revenue from trading. Also it is good for beginer to trade btc-fiat at early stage.
