Callisto Initial Distribution

It was decided to distribute the initial stake of CLO between current ETC holders. We will make a snapshot of ETC blockchain at block 5500000 (approximately 5 March, 2018. This depends on ETC block time and ETC hashrate changes). Then we implement the initial balance of each ETC holder in the Callisto network genesis block, so each ETC owner will receive CLO coins automatically in a 1:1 ratio to the amount of ETC that he had at block 5500000.

For sure if you hold it in a wallet you control you will get them. I am sure some exchanges will support them, but since this news just broke I would give the exchanges a few weeks to announce their support. Bittrex usually supports such airdrops.

I also surprise with today price of ETC. In my local exchange almost all altcoin in red position (pair with fiat or btc), only ETC still strong with green color there. Then i open this thread and find info about fork, may be thats make it happen. I hope ETC will continue increase until march 5 because today i buy some and want to hold until that time to get CLO.

IT'S NOT A FORK, Callisto is just another chain based on ethereum protocol that will be kind of interconnected with ETC. There will be a snapshot of ETC addresses and those with ETC on them will receive free Callisto's tokens 1:1
