Greetings!

I'm a MSc student with background in Software Engineering and Cyber Security. Fancy words aside, I'm somewhat a cyberpunk (according to third parties) and occasional party animal. Also geeky about music/sound, been a professional DJ for a few years (mostly a hobby nowdays) and tend to have way to many projects/ambitions going on. Cheesy

I've been lurking this forum for some time through the twitter feed bot and decided to give my involvement a try. Don't know if anyone actually reads this humongous thread, but this is my reply. Smiley

Also: If you're interested in my ramblings about tech, music and random lulz: http://twitter.com/DJTekTi

See you around!

Hello, I'm here to make some "coin" and help put to death the fiat currencies of the world(or at least the ones controlled by governments).  :-D   Have experience with hardware and software design, moreso software though. Prefer VB, but done numerous others.

Thought that part of getting in on bitcoins was the ability to stay anonymous? Smiley

Hi everyone,

Thal here, nice to meet everyone. Just spent a wonderfully productive morning researching bitcoins (both mining and buying), and certainly seems as though I should have listened to some folks this time last year about how much bitcoin was going to take off....

Joined the forum mainly to see if people think that if you didn't buy BTCs early in the cycle then you've missed the boat, whether bitcoin (or equivalent) will take off as a widespread currency, and what the next 12 months will look like in the bitcoin world.

Be interested to read folks thoughts about it all.

Cheers,

Thal
