I can't believe Bitcoin's become so popular before this moment.  Oh well, I'm here now.  You can trust your currency.  I'll have you know I'm working very hard to secure your transactions, calculating three hundred MILLION hashes every second. Wink

Thank me for my services here:

I love you.

Hi, I mined a bit in 2011, back with they were about $3 a piece, then stopped because it wasn't really worth the effort. I realize now that I should have mined much more, because even with a crappy laptop I was getting 0.1 BTC per day in slush's pool.  Now with 4 GPUs cranking away, I'm happy to get 0.03 a day Sad

Hi,

I'm newly interested in this subject.  I don't mine or even have a wallet but I'm interested in it from the point of view of market dynamics.   I'm into charts and I'm beginning to chart these, with much gratitude for data to bitcoincharts.com.

I'm bitsidian.

It's like a combination of "obsidian" and "bitcoin." Very clever, that.

Hey everybody!   Cheesy

Like most newcomers here, I wish I had heard about BitCoins sooner! Looking past the investment opportunity, I see this as a great benefit for international monetary transfers.

Hey all! I've always wanted to tinker with custom hardware, and reading up on FPGAs really caught my attention. I know how to program at a junior developer level, but I believe that tackling a custom hardware project would be beneficial to me as a software developer.
