Am I the only person feeling uncomfortable with having my NEO / ANS on bittrex but who is also unable to get the NEO wallet working on his PC ?
I'm getting a 404 error when I try to download the wallet from the NEO website .

Does anyone know if that's the old wallet? Or if they're going to have something else start up soon?
Just wondering what I'm going to do...not that comfortable buying more until I have a stable storage situation

I'm pretty sure you will lose it all unfortunately.  Transfers only happen in whole digits (rounded down), you cant have partial shares.

Bittrex has a minimum amount of ANS/NEO that you can send. You would not be able to send 0.8 ANS/NEO. For small investments and for those who wish to day trade Binance is absolutely superior to Bittrex as a NEO exchange.

Does it mean that there was an ICO to build a multi-sig wallet only?

This means that the funds (BTC) raised during the ICO were held in a 2-of-3 multisig BTC address. Simply said, that's an address that has 3 owners, and funds can be spent only if at least 2 of the 3 owners agree.

1) Your antshares slowly create antcoins (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/antcoin/) which are the gas for the network. Like Ethereum's ether.
They are only traded on a chinese exchange for now, but they will increase in price when more exchanges adopt them.

2) The official wallet is the only way to create coins. You don't need to keep the wallet running though, just store them in a wallet adress that you have the key for.

It will not dip anymore but will recover in all the decline over next hours. These sudden dips are very limited which usually are between 20% and 30% and are helpful to get filled those who are realistic approach. We will see market taking all the losing value back where it was before.

Haven't used an ANS wallet before but have downloaded from github today and it's not working fine :

I've gone to extract everything from the zip and at the 93% mark it's telling me "destination folder access denied / you need permission to perform this action". I'm the only person who uses this laptop / am the "administrator" so I'm pretty confused about what the problem might be.
Has anyone had this problem come up before?..

Thats definitely a local issue.  Make sure your user has the right persmissions.  Sometimes admin users still need to be granted permissions

At Bittrex you should send XXX.35 as Bittrex charges 0.35 NEO for a transfer out of the Bittrex NEO wallet.

the sync looks like as done (i have the same blocknumbers in the hight field with 10 connections)

Just go to the Wallet Tab, click on New Wallet Database. Then you have to select a folder where you would want your wallet file to be stored, but you cannot select the exact file as the wallet will be created when you give the new to be created wallet file a name. You can for example type in NEO_wallet and select the desktop folder and then NEO_wallet.db3 will be created. You should also come up with a secure password that you will want to use for the wallet file. As soon as you have created it, you will want to make a copy of the file and save it on a USB stick or something like that and you will want to write down the private keys (which should never be shared with anyone). Once you have done all that, you can send NEO to your new wallet via its public address.

Just open your original wallet .db3 file with the new NEO GUI. It works fine that way. Tested it myself.
