Getting 7.7Mh/s neoscrypt and 3100sol/s equihash with almost same 1200w consumption (10xGTX1060). If i put this to for example whattomine, neoscrypt wins with small difference in profit. Is there any reason to still prefer equihash over neoscrypt?

Very nice. Did anyone try to mix 1060 with 1070s? I tried on one computer but it did not play very nicely.

I have MSI GTX 1060 3GB Gaming X. +150 core (2000mhz) +500 memory (8600mhz) 65% power and pushing 800kh/s on hsrminer neoscrypt. 110w each card though

Memory doesnt matter on neoscrypt.
I'm at 104W with my settings

on e xevan alg. what is the better clock setings for windforce 6gb with hynix memory. I use core clock +150 and memory + 450 and the result is 2280 k/hs. It is e good for card, the temp. is 53 C, power 85 %, Fan 47

Eth mining my Hynix memory SSC has a lower hashrate than my other two 1060s Sad. On skunkhash, it runs faster.

Hello guys,

Im about to get another rig. 13x 1060 MSI 3GB.
There are a few questions which came to my mind before ordering these:
-Im only about mining equihash based coins so when are 3GB Cards no longer valuable in terms of limited ram? Ik that equihash is Core based but I'm just making sure my investment is wisely chosen.
-Im not sure about RAM. My 1080Ti Rigs are drawing about 12GB's RAM each. 8GB should be fine for 13x 1060's?
-PSU is another problem. Was thinking about 2x850's problem is that they only support up to 4 PCIe power connectors. Server PSU is not an option due to ETA in my country.

I would appreciate any suggestions highly. Thanks in advance

Your fine, even mining etherum, the DAG size won't exceed till like May 2019.

8GB should be fine, but set virtual memory up anyways for 16GB.

2x 850's will be more than plenty

No need to touch memory for zcash and similar coins.
Overclocking memory doesn't do anything on equihash.

What do you want to mine? Each algo has different settings.

With eth, you take down the core values and crank up the mem values.

For equihash

85 power
200 core
400 memory
70 fan

95w pull, using bminer, 315-320 h/s

Hi a few days ago I have assembled  a rig with 7 Asus 1060 Dual OC 3gb, Samsung memory.
Got lucky with the memory since I got the cards from 2 different vendors.

I am getting good results with Claymore 10.6 and Phoenix miners, with both at about 25.6 Mhs at 53/60 Celsius (room temp 24 celsius) and 653W at the wall.
Ether + Sia  24.5mhs and 145Mhs for Sia   -dcri 18

I am using MSI After Burner

Power Limits 70
Temp 75
Core Clock +107
Memory Clock 918
Fan 58%

Mother Board AsusRock h110 BTC Pro

I have to say it was a fairly easy set up to make, the cards were all immediately recognized by the system, just installed the drivers and did the tweaks on After Burner after finding them with a quick google search.
Run the miner... done!
That was it.

Compared to all the tweakings and trouble shooting I had to go through setting  up a rig with the Vegas this one was a breeze.

Cheers!
