Hi gyus,
Can i have some advices please?
I have rig with 8 x 1060 msi gtx gaming 1060 and mining Zec on it
Without msi afterburner i got around 275 Sos/s per card.
With Core + 160, Memory + 170 i got 295-300 Sol/s per card.
If i up Core a bit more miner terminating with errors.

Many posts in this thread says to do like core -80 and memory + 1000 but when i configure like it my system lagging hard and miner not working at all.
Is this advices only for ETH mining or i misunderstooding something?
(also i don't understand how to overlock cards, is overlocking -> upgrading card voltage?)

I ended up buying a couple of gigabyte gtx 1060 windforce oc 3gb cards will post the hashrates and oc them and see what I get. I know the 3gb won't be as future proof for ethereum but was thinking there other coins to try.

Check this website, I've collected many OC settings for different card.

Thank-you this is a good collection of settings and hash rates. Hopefully you will keep it updated as it looks clearer than other ones I have seen. I was nearly tearing out my hair looking at different cards.

So I finally received my case... But noticed that my TB250-btc motherboard has some problems. This is the third board I've ordered, but I can't make it detect either usb ports, or periphericals like hard drive. It has power, but no date, I made some researchs, but gosh, I think it is a southbridge physical problem or so.

Anyway, I've ordered another Biostar tb250-btc ( Great motherboard by the way ) so that I could install my GPUs and then after try to find a solution for the defective one while the mining is started.

Can't wait to share with you those specs with the new EVGA 1060 card.

If any of you know how to fix a southbridge mobo problem, or power no data, would greatly appreciate, but mostly sure it is a physical issue and can't be repaired.

Anyone mining equihash with PNY GTX 1060 3gb?

I wasn't getting good results mining that algo.  Wondering if there is a fix.  If so, please share the afterburner settings.

eth? 95% of people with gtx 1060 or 70 have moved to equihash already since the dif bombs.

I'm thinking about grabbing a used card to mine XMR or whatever

Do you think it's still a good idea to invest in this card?

It's good for equihash rather than the cryptoNight. So Zcash better than xmr with these cards.

In case of ETH mining - this post shows 20Mh/s consuming only 112W for all system (42W for GPU) for GTX 1060 with 3GB GDDR5.
