1060 6GB, Samsung. Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 390 Nvidia. Dstm miner. +135 core +100 mem.

301 Sol/s at 80 watts. That is very respectable performance. I no longer buy 1050 ti. 1060 is my new bottom-end GPU.

1060 is a great GPU for mining unless you want ethash performance.
GTX 1060 is great  for mining due to power consumption per mh/s. However, you hashrate is very depend on the memory used in the card. If you have hynix memory, you are in trouble. My Gtx 1060 6GB's with micron memory give around 320- 330 Sol/s. But the one with hynix gives 280 Sol/s. And you never know which memory is used on the card until you buy it.
In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

i Have a EVGA 1060 3gb it sits at 24mh at +150 and +800 no issues I did see 25.5 at +1000 men but that crashed after about an hour.  The 800 has been up for a long time stable no issues 80% power 70% fan.  Only annoying thing is claymore picked sia and it shows no value like 0 I am going to turn sia off I think.

I believe you are mining on Linux or Windows 7 if  you referring to Eth with 24 mhs at +150 and +800 which based on the clock data it seems you are referring to Eth. Unfortunately it does not work on Windows 10 but it is doing well in Zec with 310-320 sol/s with dstm miner. Also behaves well in Lyra2Rev and temporarily with Cryptonight V7.

Not many other coins can be mined with this card anymore.

Well you should sell the faster the better. The reason is even miners will not be happy with this card and even gamers , real gamers don't care about any GPU with less than 6 GB VRAM.

The only true cards that I think will serve mining for 1 or 2 more years are only the GTX 1070 ti, 1080 and 1080 ti.

Well just bepends on how hard core you are 1060 3 gig will be out when dag is over 3 gigs not really a processing issue yet.  If you are just trying to make 5 bucks a day or so a rig on 1060 3gb 6 of them are right about in that range give or take.  I’m not sure what most people consider worth it to mine really. 1800 bucks is big money to some and chump change to others.  Well good luck all happy mining..

Well currently 1060 3gb are getting bids of about 120$ on ebay. At current prices, 1 10603gb wil make 58 cents a day, (22mh/s, 70 watts, 0.10$ kw/h). Thats 206 days of mining to equal what you can see on your card. Ethereum wont hit 3gb dag size until may 2019, so if nothing changes, Casper isn't implemented before then, and you stop mining with the cards now and sold them for $120, you would loose out on about 4-5 months of mining, or 60-70$. Again, this is all at current prices and difficulty and expecting Casper to not be implemented.

Now if Casper is implemented, which no one can say when, you will mostly likely see a flood of cheap GPUs on ebay, Kijijji, whatever. You will also see all the other alt-coins get flooded with hashing power. No one knows which network will become the new home for 236 TH/s of power that is currently powering Ethereum network.

Personally, I am going to stay in until the bitter end. Im willing to take the risk since most of my GPU's have paid themselves off.

you also need to consider heat and taxes if one plans to sell crypto.

running 1060 3g on nice hash is getting me 80 cents to a dollar a day running dagger with Kec 20% so not bad for now. Also Taxes can be almost mitigated buying gold tax free.  No tax implication or irs reporting unless purchase is over 10,000.  You can hold as investment or sell at pot..  I use JM Bullion but not really an advertisement just what I have found easy they take bitcoin payments directly.

Tried to search on different topics and blogs and couldn't find the exact results.

So, what is the hashrate of GTX 1060 on different algos? Especially on Ether.

I currently run my cards on windows.
Card: Powercolour gtx 1060 6g (hynix)
Miner: ethminer 0.15.0.dev4
Hashrate: 23.55 Mh/s (each)
Temperature: 58
Coin: ETC/ETH

I used some powerlimit and clock options in afterburner.

I've never seen Hynix pass the 20.5 barrier. How did you chieve 23.55 on Hynix mem?

This is 99% the hash rate with the LYRA2rev2 algorithm with an gtx 1060 with hynix memory, or the card has a samsung or micron brand memory.

I see people suggesting lyra2z but every calculator I used saying eth is best

If you benchmark your card's power usage and productivity on different algos,
you can insert more accurate numbers in the calculators. But in general they are correct.
And remember that profit which calcs show is based on current crypto price.
And your actual profit is based on the price at which you sell.
