LOL.. maybe parroting will help..ANY AMD MINER OUT THERE?!

i think the problem right now is the absence of at least 1 exchange, without BTC exchange rate/value, AMD miners developers might not prioritize making GPU miner for this coin because without BTC valuation, even a miner with fees will not pay off or there will be only few miner software buyers (if miner is sold per copy)

unless they see that mining pascal coin even without an exchange (yet) will pay off or at least speculate that it will.

so in my opinion an exchange plus people buying this coin will hasten miner developing for AMD and NVIDIA (optimization)

That's true... but remember that the magic of PascalCoin is that all is absolutely new. All code is new, new concept of account, and also... in a new language.
And also, for exchange, it's difficult because they don't know this software and must make an effort to adapt their systems to the way of PascalCoin works (Accounts and SafeBox...)

I'm working hard... but I can't do everything in only 2 weeks.

I need some time, because I don't want to give to the community a unstable version. I'm working to make it crossplattform because exchanges only works with Linux. After, I'll integrate RPC calls...

But... don't worry. PascalCoin  is just 2 months old !   Wink

PascalCoin is the first crypto currency without need of historical operations to control double spend and with ORDINAL account numbers. YES! LIKE A BANK!

I agree, but an AMD miner would be nice. I know that's not your area though. Hopefully Vorksholk can make one sometime this week. I appreciate the hard work you do on this coin. Keep it up and don't rush. Stability and security are more important than rushing. Smiley

Amd miner yet?

wth, are you going to ask for this every single day, like a parrot?

on: October 10, 2016, 02:46:56 AM
Waiting for OPENCL. No more Cuda card here.

on: October 11, 2016, 10:58:21 AM
Still waiting for an AMD miner.

on: October 12, 2016, 04:44:20 AM
NO amd miner yet? anyone?

Amd miner yet?

 Huh

Will ask again tom. wait and see.

Most miners are on AMD cards. Tapping the other side of that miner paradigm would make this coin more popular and possibly an exchange would open its doors to this coin.

We'll I have to ask, any AMD miner yet?  Smiley

we don't know, if it's already AMD miner they're using.
they probably dump the coins once it hit the market.

I meant publicly. Most small and large farms use AMD's for GPU mining. Once this coin hits an exchange and a public AMD miner is out, the price will pump up, even if it's only temp, but generation will level off due to everyone getting a piece of the pie .

Right now, Most GPU farms don't want to invest lots of $$ to add CUDA GPU rigs. I know I an't though I could add an easy 50 10xx GTX's to my small home farm in a week with no risk of losing on the II.. Just not worth the hassle of setting everything up on a questionable future as of yet.  Cheesy

Anyone notice an issue with the GPUminer v4? I tried it a few hours ago and my share rate/nonce found messages are almost none existent.
Before, with v3 I was getting a few every minutes with hash rate, now none in like 30 minutes. Just updated block info.

Feel free to offer this to the community .. for free of course.
Besides, neither dev or Vorksholk asked anything in return... why would you?

Same issue here, I've posted about it at least twice with screen captures a few pages ago. it seems to have been ignored at this point or is being silently worked on, not sure.

I ran it for almost 10 hours and got 12 nonces with V4 + 1.01 update.

I ran V3 for the same amount of time and got near 400 nonce's

Oh and this was on 3 different systems running .sm30

Single 1070 running for the last 12 hrs got 1 block. Not impossible to mine to with one card still.

Anyone notice the AMD references that are finding blocks? You think they're just messing with us?

I think that if they really were AMDs they would get 90% of the blocks.

I will never send private messages with payment requests for my auctions. I only communicate transparently via the forum (not Telegram, Discord, Skype & others). Please be wary of scammers.

Someone could give him an account and a couple of coins and then it could be a test run for a donation "address"/account.  I would offer but I am insanely busy right now and the learning curve on that for a newbie would take too much brain cpu power.

Aetsen, I went back 12 pages and read. I changed my name to 10 characters. Can you explain how and why I was able to mine 2 blocks and then it stopped? So this is the solution? Thx
