I am an amater and i'll not go to trade with ICN tokens i'll leave them at ICN no wallet and nothing.
Where should i recieve dividens in that case, directly to ICN profile?

Could someone explain what dummy distribution is?

dummy distribution = fake test distribution they can name that token not ICN but testToken, but will be made for testing purpose
if all goes OK you will be able to move real ICN to your wallet
Such operation rise costs 2x because you distribute 2x
If i know crypto someday you will be able to trade fake ICN with profits

It is a problem. But as I said before "least of a problem, but to consider".

Most likely today. With dummy distribution in order for anyone who entered their own address can check if he can access it. I can't think of any better way right now to do that.

Where can I see in the website, the limits?

You won't see website with such informations.

Raw data that one can have available are:
- normal transaction cost 21000 gas in ethereum. address to address. when contract is in play it can be close to 21k as well, but it's more or less more - depends on the operation.
- gas price right now is at 50 gwei (before network attacks 20gwei was normal) - converter tool: http://ether.fund/tool/converter
- when price of gas was 20gwei. 1 ETH bought u 50m gas. with 50gwei price. 1 ETH gives you 20m gas today.
- gas block limit before eth network attacks was ~4.7m gas
- gas block limit now is stabilizing at 1.5m gas

But that's just first part of the things to consider.

In that case, turn 2FA on. Leave them on ico.iconomi.net and when we unlock the contract transfer them anywhere you want without buying any extra ETH to pay for gas cost. However, keep in mind. We'll charge 1 ICN for sending ICNs out of ico.iconomi.net

So, your website will operate as a wallet. If the ICN is kept on the website, then ETH dividends will also be added there? And, would we be able to withdraw ETH from the website?
Similarly, if we want to withdraw ICN from exchanges back to our iconomi account, that would also be possible right?

Ico website won't support eth. But we'll migrate ico part into main one soon. Before first dividends. There everything will be supported.

If you store ICN with myetherwallet you will be also receiving dividends.

Technically you are storing ICN on an address. Which is controlled by corresponding private key. Strictly speaking ETH/ICN/anything... is not stored on that address, but on the network and addresses corresponding private key is the one that can unlock and perform operations on those assets. Therefore you're good to receive dividends and hold ICN on anything as long as you hold private key.

When dividends are coming? With first funds and first profits. By definition.
