You really think they plan on answering your questions?

YES WE DO!!!

Betcoin support (who claimed they didn't work on the weekends) seems to be answering everyone's questions but mine.

Strange.

Here they are, one more time:

Why did you close your site to certain jurisdictions to "obtain gambling licences" only to reopen to those jurisdictions a week later?

What are the names of the "highly experienced poker group with many years experience in the industry"?

Where are the 43BTC that you owe to the BBJ?  Please sign addresses containing those funds.

What work did you do in the three weeks where you claimed to be pouring over data to pay out the BBJ?  Remember, you claimed after two weeks that there was SO MUCH data that you needed to hire more people...then a week later said there wasn't enough data.  Please post the results of this three week data crunching, even though it is "inconclusive".

- It closed as planned when preparing to get a license, however the brand was extremely strong and another group provided an offer that could not be refused and opened things back up.

- As the transition is taking place there will be more announcements regarding all aspects of the poker opportunity.  It is very exciting and should be available very very soon.  Just some last pieces that need to be integrated.

- The bad beat jackpot is fully funded and ready to go and the new poker team is very excited about being able to offer this as a great opportunity to the players among many other new features and promotions.  It will be very exciting and our core team will not be a part of it but we will certainly assist in marketing and advertising.

The difficulty with calculating with the data was calculating the exact amount.  It could have been close but the exact amount was impossible to determine.  Additionally, for a wide variety of reasons there could be no full list of players and contributions published.  Without these it was unacceptable to distribute this way.

Betcoin Sports Now Live in BETA!

We are excited to introduce the new Betcoin Sports in BETA mode and fully integrated into Betcoin.ag.

Please report any and all bugs at https://www.betcoin.ag/betcoin-sports-now-live-beta and coming soon expect:

- Esports
- Shareable ticket system and backend data of your selections

We have been working very hard on this and appreciate your support and feedback.

Enjoy Betcoin Sports today at www.betcoin.ag/sports

and

Betcoin Virtual games at https://www.betcoin.ag/virtual

Thank you!

Do you have a new live betting odds provider? Since when?

And is it already possible to place real bets in Beta mode? Or only fun money?

And is it possible to change odds format from american to decimal?

And do you offer a sportsbook bonus or only casino bonuses?

Hello TeePee and thank you for your questions.

Our entire sportsbook is new since the relaunch 3 weeks ago.

It is possible to place real wagers for real bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, bitcoin cash, ripple and dash.

We are implementing the decimal system in very shortly to the odds formats and will keep you posted.

Once complete and out of beta we will offer a bonus and have a promotion.  Currently this will be only for existing users and members.

Thank you and we are here for you anytime.

Hello,

Coming back on this answer of you from November 15th....I was then told there would be introduced a sports betting bonus sometime soon.
I have been in contact with your email support for a while and they kept on saying a sports bonus would be introduced very soon.
And now it turns out there will not be any sports bonus? Only a casino bonus?

Is this true?

Hi TeePee, we are working to integrate a bonus system into sports and will keep you updated when the Sports is out of beta.

That way, you'll put an end to all the questions about it and can focus on actually bringing stuff online and paying things back.

Our withdrawals are faster than ever currently, usually within 30 minutes unless it is a larger amount that requires a manager. If you have a specific withdrawal issue, please fill out a support ticket and it will be responded to promptly.

Also, what is considered large?  To some people 0.1 btc is large and to others 100btc is small...

Hi RyanK, there is no withdrawal too large for affiliates and bitcoin.  If this were a bitcoin withdrawal it would have been sent immediately however as you are an affiliate requesting a coin that is not one of our top coins with a higher withdrawal amount it should have been explained that this should be a bitcoin withdrawal.  If you can resubmit a bitcoin withdrawal this will be sent right away.  Please let us know what works best for you.

UPDATE:  SENT THE ALT COIN FOR YOU

For the fastest send as an affiliate, please submit a bitcoin withdrawal for the larger amounts.  Thank you very much for the affiliate references and we are here for you anytime.

THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF EVERYTHING!!!  Grin

Enough is enough.  Just in the past month, you've broken your word far too many times.

It's time to prove that you have segregated and control the funds for the BBJP.

I will not let this go.

That...that actually doesn't answer any of the questions I asked.

THAT'S what you were working on for the last two weeks?!?!?

Your official story is now that Betcoin was sold twice in a period of one month?  Am I reading this correctly?  Can you show any proof of either "sale"?

You are refusing to name anyone who is in the "highly experienced poker group with many years experience in the industry"?  Why?  You've claimed that the transition is already finished.  Remember, you said that the team you have now is "highly experienced poker group with many years experience in the industry"?  Who are they?

Please show proof of the BBJ funds.

Please show proof of the work that you did in the three weeks that you left and closed your site.  Any proof.

Really, just show any proof that anything that you are saying is truthful.  I've asked you this for a month now and you just seem to ignore and put off.  It's not hard at all.  Literally any proof that you aren't lying.

Betcoin.ag, you know that the longer you drag this the longer you are hurting your credibility isnt it? The community will never let you go and your reputation is pretty much over here. In the end, your thread is going to be filled with this kind of post unless you can prove that you actually owned the amount offered for the jackpot

Whoever the new owner is, needs to prove it

So I asked for the signed message proving they have the BBJP funds, got some pretty crazy responses.  I don't even know what to say...

lol

Code:
twitchyseal: It's a very simple request
13:58pmtwitchyseal: and surely you realize refusing to prove you have the funds will not look good
13:56pm Support David: I understand your view on it and you have that right and feel free to continue asking. I am just trying to give you a transparent answer.
12:58pm zzzzzz: Rays8888 its only been hit once that was a few years ago. You can see the article that all this hoopla is here: https://www.betcoin.ag/apology-bad-beat-jackpot-distribution-and-discussion-future-betcoinag
12:58pm zzzzzz: +1 D
13:59pmtwitchyseal: So the reason Betcoin won't sign a message proving they have the 43BTC jackpot is " Caving into every demand sets a bad precedent. "
13:59pmtwitchyseal: ?
9:59amRays8888: ohhh so it was hit for 43BTC, but now shit got all shady?
13:59pmtwitchyseal: no, ray
13:58pm Support David: I am pretty sure you are well aware we have considerably more than 43 BTC. People have won and lost that in 1 day here.
14:0pmtwitchyseal: they shut down poker on Christmas and made a statement saying they wouldn't be honoring the BBJP
14:0pmtwitchyseal: they they apologized and said they would be distributing the BBJP to players based on what they contributed the first week in Jan
10:1amRays8888: how much had been paid into it?
10:1amRays8888: oh i see
13:1pm zzzzzz: You can google twitchyseal if you want to see his campaign on hate of betcoin.. Ive been here since Dec 2013 and payouts have always been made... New owners tookever and paying out the BBJ wasnt properly discussed until after the fact. Now they are deaaling with the headache.
14:1pmtwitchyseal: then they said they would be posting new BBJP rules on Jan 22 reopening the poker room on Jan 26
14:1pmtwitchyseal: now it's Feb 1
13:1pm zzzzzz: Week of
13:2pm zzzzzz: Then provided several updates as to the delays.
13:2pm zzzzzz: Again, twitchy just showing his ass.
14:0pm Support David: We are going as fast as we can, Twitchy. No reason to drag this out. As you can imagine that wait is not pleasant for us either
13:2pm zzzzzz: ^
14:2pmtwitchyseal: no need to be rude zzz
14:1pm Support David: The latest I have heard is that several staff members will be testing the poker today for bugs. It should open shortly after
10:3amRays8888: something like 40% of the worlds population lives on less than 3 dollars a day, we all here are ok
13:3pm zzzzzz: no need to speak my name twitchyseal. Stop using it or Ill request ban.
13:3pm zzzzzz: True rays
14:3pmtwitchyseal: request ban zzz
14:3pmtwitchyseal: they appreciate me
13:3pm zzzzzz: Why so you can cry that you were banned for bringing the truth?
10:3amRays8888: the fact that we can just throw away money in hopes of winning some sum so we can buy more bs we dont need
13:3pm zzzzzz: Instead of banned for not following moderator requests/
14:4pmtwitchyseal: lol
13:4pm zzzzzz: Thanks for understanding. Don't say my name here in chat or on the forums any further. Thanks! Final warning.
14:4pmtwitchyseal: zzz

13:5pm zzzzzz: I am not your bro.
14:5pmtwitchyseal: there's no rule against saying zzzzzz
14:3pm Support David: Anyone have any additional questions before I go?
13:5pm zzzzzz: Process ETH cashout please?
13:5pm zzzzzz: Theres a pending!
14:5pmtwitchyseal: Can you please unmod zzzzzz?

Sounds like Machen really doesn't want you to say his name anymore.

Not that Machen seems to be doing anything about it except giving you about a dozen final warnings.

Honestly, signing a message doesn't prove anything except that they know someone who has 43 BTC and they're willing to pay the transaction fee to move it to a separate wallet and sign on Betcoin's behalf. It doesn't prove that Betcoin owns the wallet.

However, their refusal to sign tells me that the funds are not segregated (if they exist at all). What is the harm in signing a message when it doesn't really show anything? Nothing, unless 1) you can't actually come up with 43 BTC, even if it doesn't belong to you or 2) they don't want to show an address that had its balance go from zero to 43 BTC a couple days ago because that would show that the funds hadn't been segregated all along.

The only way that Betcoin can "prove" anything is by shipping 43 BTC to the BBJ winner. To be honest, all of this delay is probably because they're having issues with the code that will let them pre-select the BBJ winner so that they can redistribute the funds among themselves at a later date while not having technically "stolen" anything.

Betcoin does not code the poker software. The software is provided by IG Soft, the same people who do the software for all other WPN skins. We do have have access to any of the code, which is a big part of why we were unable to get the exact figures for the original BBJ payout method. We expect poker to launch very soon, possible even today and the new BBJ rules will be stated. The funds are ready to be paid out to the winners.

You forgot to respond to the signed message stuff.

Does IGSoft have all the money too?

You aren't a WPN skin, you are a WTN skin.

Also, where's the money?

Also, where's the work that you claimed to do for three weeks?

Betcoin,

Is there a chance you can increase the maximum bet default from 100mBTC to a higher amount (for example 200mBTC) because Bitcoin value has dropped so much recently? Now the max stake on any live event equals just 700 euro and that is a bit low to be honest.
