Paypal was not a scam. Scammers can easily go inside the paypal to steal your fund. That's why using paypal your fund are not safe on the scammers.

I don't think paypal is scam because there are a lot of people who uses it and my friends from the freelance industry use paypal to get their salary. Paypal become scam because of people who uses it as a tool to scam people. Just like bitcoin a lot of people here from my country use bitcoin as a front so that they can attract people and let them invest and then they will run with peoples money.

I have had an issue with Paypal and while I was trying to look for a solution on the internet, I came across this website ( https://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/paypal_02.html) where everybody is complaining about Paypal. Most of the complains were actually similar to the one that I have. I thought Paypal is a credible company but now I have started feeling worried about my funds stuck in the accounts. I think Papyal is not a scam, but by sending money to your paypal indirectly and directly agree they can withhold your funds in case of dispute. This service has been around for years and they have many trusted customers. But when you compare it with bitcoin, you will realize that bitcoin is much more user friendly and tax free and people will prefer bitcoin over paypal in the future. That's in my opinion.

Paypal is one of the largest (if not the largest) companies for online payments. I've been using it since the early 2000s and never had problem with it. The deposits are on point, the withdrawals too, but note that sometimes it can take more than 24 hours for your transactions to be completed, so if you're looking for a payment processor with INSTANT withdrawals and deposits you should look somewhere else. Other than that, if you look around you will see so many different companies using Paypal as an option, so the question "Is Paypal a scam" is completely inappropriate here

I've known this payment system for a long time. Then there were AlertPay Solidtrustpay and others of all that existed at that time, I think today too, it is the most reliable payment company. You're talking about the bad side now, which is also the good side. Let me give you an example. Let's say you bought the goods and paid paypal, after you have not received your goods, or you tried to cheat, then PayPAL freezes the money on the account of the recipient and begins the proceedings and in 99% of cases you comeback the money, and the fraudster punished. So it's not so bad in your case.

I've also experienced the problem of deposit in Paypal, but the problem was quickly responded by the Paypal, Paypal is currently one of the largest companies in the world and its users reach hundreds of millions of people...so, if only about 1 to 4 million users who have problems then Paypal can not be called a scam.
No, PayPal is not any kind of the scam. By the way, do you know that Elon Musk is one of the investors and holders of PayPal? I tried this system, and it works pretty well.

impossible ! this system is very good !
I think they often restrict your paypal account with silly excuses and their most ridiculous question is: Why are you making more money than last year? And they locked my account for six months. They are not scammers because people know them as a trusted payment company, but at the same time I can not understand their actions and trust so high against paypal from others. It depends on many things and how you look at it. When we were shopping onlune, they offered us a refund service and I am happy with this service but as a seller on ebay, paypal is the worst thing because sometimes buyers lie and paypal blindly trust them.

paypal is actually not scamming nor a scam site, when a service is just popular and getting used by so many people,i'm sure their quality will be lowering and so many problem will occur either major or minor problem to their clients, they can't take care of their clients and can't pleasing all of their clients so it will result so many complain
Yes, that's true that once lots of people already used that application or program that specific program would really hang up or lower its connection. Actually paypal is not a scam because my friend had his online business and using paypal and everytime the customers will pay through paypal he can actually claim the money 100%.

Since 2014 when I started using paypal, I had never been scammed and I have not witnessed such incidence before. What I usually hear is that the system freezes with time and it takes some days for the fund to be restored. The system is fading out its popularity and this has created grounds for most people to make diverse comments about the system.

Paypal really has a very strange logic and security system. I bought through paypal goods, as a result of which my money went to the seller and I did not receive the goods. All further attempts to return money paypal rejected.

There's Nothing new, Paypal is doing this for a long time. The same problem was seen some years ago as because PayPal can reverse the transactions so people are getting scammed as sellers are requesting back their money and with some proof, PayPal is giving back that money to scammers. Paypal cannot be trusted even if it is one of the biggest company out there but still, it is a good payment method as it never fails to have a place on the internet which does not accept PayPal as payment.

Giving your paypal email means they have it and can use it for their own scams. They're not going to buy anything or arrange payment or shipping. All they want is the email address. ... One scenario is the scammer will send an email from a spoofed (phony) PayPal address that states money has been sent to your account.
I think There is also a mysterious feature of Paypal that freezes your account for 180 days. Let's see how comfortable it waits 180 days. Combine all the waiting you have in your bitcoin transaction, it will not even amount to 180 days even if we assume that you have days to wait before the transaction is confirmed. I think a maximum of 10 minutes of waiting is better than having a feature that enables the person you are dealing with to get their money back.

Paypal is to protect the buyer's policy, which means that paypal considers the issue from the buyer's point of view. Any dissatisfaction with the buyer can be disputed, and the seller cannot get the money. Once the customer refuses to pay with a reason, you cannot receive the money!

I'm not going to deny it, but any platform that has such fame and are so used by millions of users, may have had problems with one of the servers and temporarily slows down, but for the work they do it is not good to criticize so much , everything that gets fame has its criticisms.

PayPal is a major multi billion dollar company. This question would make more sense if it was say "Is this new coin a scam?"

I disagree. Paypal is an extremely reputable online bank. Sometimes they have to freeze accounts to investigate accounts with large sums. They fear that many will launder money with PayPal
