Certain countries are not within their operating range, that's right, but these countries have other alternatives for sending and receiving money. Bitcoin is one of them of course. These people will not miss out on anything just because PayPal is not operating in their country.

They know if transactions are illegal or not and normally for illegal transactions that is not allow. The AMLA requires them to be strict if I were not mistaken as they have bank partners.

In my opinion, it has good that PayPal has stringent rules to protect buyers. The limits they have put to other countries is punitive. Therefore, I feel they should not even allow people from other countries to use its services. Why should you allow someone from a different country to use your service when he will have problems withdrawing their money to their local banks?

Paypal is like a bank, they can freeze your account once you violated their policy and the policy of the state. PayPal can freeze your fund for whatever reason that suits them and not only about things that goes against their TOS, if you have more than certain amount of money, they ask you for verification and freeze your funds, I have known cases of people they got their funds frozen because they bought a gift card.

Correct. This is so true and it is getting to be a pain in the butt. Why do they do that if you are already verified. They want some more verification even if you already sent them most of it. There is this connection in the bank also with them and as if we can make an account in the bank without our personal information. Simple as that and yet they still want some more.

i agree with you that Paypal is not scam and i think paypal is trusted so do not worry about to use paypal but i see that paypal is can not be use in some country for business so we can not blame to Paypal.

PayPal isn't bad overall, and it can be incredibly useful and, well, efficient, for what it does. The only real difference is that PayPal is still a private entity, and as such, can freeze your funds whenever it wants. You just gotta hope they don't every so often.

Well I asked for a limit lift on my paypal account, everything went smooth and after a few months they freezed my account due to a fact that I received 2000$ in my paypal account, but I didn't received any payment higher than 200$. I contacted their support and they said that due to a possible fraudulent activity they had to block my account, but all the money received was from etoro. I kept spamming them with emails, but they just ignored me. I lost my account with 2$ in it  , I'll never trust paypal again in my life, just a bunch of idiots.

Paypal has never frozen funds for no reason. There is always a reason, even if people disagree with the interpretation of actions that preceded the freezing of the account. Usually, it's usually people using Paypal against the TOS that gets their accounts or funds frozen. People who have funds frozen and claiming it was for "no reason" are not being truthful about the illicit activities they are involved in that got their accounts frozen, or their attempts to use Paypal improperly themselves.

Many of us don't have choice but to use paypal for the online stores and merchants are using them and they don't have other option for their payment processor. Paypal is not scam, but it is really hurting us with the fees that we are needed to pay forcely. And every time they have update or increase, we can't do something about it.

Yeah, and there are a lot of them. In fact it's 188 million users in 2016. I don't think all of them don't aware of the Bitcoin existence, it's just impossible or very incovenient to use Bitcoins in some cases so that's why they are using PayPal.

I think someone trick him thats why his telling that paypal is scam i use paypal since i started business with internet and i never encountered in problem with paypal i use also paypal to pay online as payment this is number payment method in the online shops. lmao and then accusing paypal is scam.

There are some transactions they get disputed between seller and buyer, usually paypal follow the law and refund accordingly those, but there are some bad people using and abusing those system, damaging others with paypal rules. Paypal has and its a trusted companie that co-works with in the general only trusted websites, you dont see hyip with paypal, if you see such be sure its a scam attempt nothing else.

Some users really do that get the dispute and report it to the paypal and they can refund the amount they send is they applicable in sending of friends and family? i think this is for services only? And if this can be use then some bad people can really make this advantage to scam more people who don't really uses paypal that good.
