never ever go all into it. you cannot know what is going to happen in future.

no paypal is not a scam there's a billion people in the world who's using paypal to send and received money from it. i've been a user of paypal for 6 years and i could say their service is 100% trusted. but if you do something illegal they would hold your account and you will go through some method where you need to verify that you're not doing any illegal. you should read their rules and regulation every company have that. and you can also check their FAQ.  hope this helps.

The united state government should probe PayPal for freezing customer fund,personally all those frozen fund are use for other investment that will yield profit for PayPal before it will be release, their should be a body that will be regulating online money in u s to checkmate their activities

Why would they do so? Most of the times it's the government itself that is forcing payment services and banks to come up with all kinds of ridiculous policies. They are hiding themselves behind "We must do this to prevent money laundry, and potential funding of terrorism" sort of policies. All your information and transaction history will be subject to a thorough investigation at the time your funds get indeed frozen. And in case you wonder, all information will also land into the "hands" of the government.

However, people still rely on this payment system.

Of course they do. They have the option to charge back in case it needs to be done. However, this feature is more subject to malicious usage rather than people actually using it legitimately. That's the sad thing.

I've been using paypal now for about 15 years and never had a problem with them.
In contrary. Every time I had a problem with a delivery they helped me out.
I got my money back each time when there was an issue with a seller that could not be solved with a normal conversation.
So no, paypal is doing a good job, it's not scam.

Maybe because that you are a paypal user for a long time they give you immediately support and help you.

But for others especially for new accounts they aren't fast enough and require sometimes more information that is needed.

Have you submitted any personal information to them like ID, bill address receipt or something similar, I don't say they are scam but require lots of info.

I recommend that you use paypal, I bought things on ebay using PayPal for many years., if you want I can show you pictures of the things I buy, have always arrived in my country without problems. I also always received money in my paypal account. I remember that 5 years ago I kept lots of money in my paypal account before transferring to my bank account and never had problems. However. Last year i had problems, since I transferred a very small amount, it was $ 15 and never arrived in my bank account and so I stopped saving money in my paypal account and use other options.


I also heard a lot of people complain that they opened a dispute against PTC ( Paid to click ) sites and many lost the dispute.

So stay away from PTC sites and just use paypal to shop on ebay.

Yes paypal is legit and follow law.The have higher charges since they pay taxes but this charge back that you can reversed the transaction I think is the common complain.I think this is a good feature but it is also abused by the scammer itself.

For these past years I've been hearing a lot of complaints about paypals customer service and I think the reason for it is there are too many users and they can't accommodate all of them.

I agree with you, if they are scam then they are sued now. The sayings is you cannot please everyone so maybe with paypal you are not satisfied with their service but I am pretty sure there are a lot of people who needs their service and they are the satisfied group of people.

even though the money you've gotten from selling a services had been withdrawn to your bank account,the paypal still can request you to get the money back to the one who just request a chargeback,if you're verifying your credit card with paypal,you'll be automatically charged and if you weren't then your paypal account seems going to be disabled

I agree with you,  if we  dont really use  too  much  or  actively  use  our  funds  its really better to  transfer  it immediately  on  our  bank accounts. Cash  back feature  of   paypal  does really have advantages and  disadvantages  on  each transaction. Peoples  intentions would  really affect the reputation of  paypal. Cashback charges  could always  possible to  use to scam someone.

It depends on many things and how you look them. When we are shopping onlune, they offer us money refund service and I am glad with this service but as seller on ebay, paypal is worst thing because sometimes buyer lies and paypal blindly trusts them. On another side, they are often limiting your paypal account with silly reason and most silliest question from them was: Why do you make much more money than last year? And they lockes my account for six month. They aren't scammers because people knows them as most trusted payment company but at the same time I can't understand their actions and so high trust on paypal from people.

Paypal is not a scam but they have had a history of horrible customer support. Also, it is not suitable for selling bitcoins for paypal since paypal does not protect the sellers.
