Paypal is for sure no scam, I can even laugh about it, I think that PayPal is even better than bitcoin and the fact is that you cannot even compare them with each other.
PayPal is doing great things and the refund system is the best.
i agree with you that paypal is not scam but i think bitcoin is better than paypal because bitcoin transaction is very much faster and bitcoin is available in anywhere for shopping and we know that payapal is not available in some country because a lot of people like to bitcoin than paypal. |

i personally have no idea about that, either paypal is scam or not. actually i never used paypal because its service is not present in my country, so one thing is clear it has limited service and is not present all over the world. You actually can make a conclusion about whether it's scam or not by seeing that paypal is based on U.S which is really well developed country and always and forcing any company to be submissive to their rules and i think that once the company scamming even an individual then it will be doomed |

If you really can assure safety if the company is US based, then HYIP sites would just pretend that they're from US and then everyone will be so attracted to their website. It doesn't work like that. There are HYIP sites that has put US in their address but it doesn't add any legitimacy or guarantee in the website itself. That logic only applies to actual companies that have an actual license/papers, office, workers, etc. (basically huge companies) and there's relatively not that much in the bitcoin world. A lot of fake companies can be found on the Internet and you can't personally confirm if they have an actual office/workplace in the US unless you live there. |

Few users mentioned about the negative feedback. Everyone won't be satisfied with the service provided by PayPal, so just based upon that it cannot be concluded as a scam. It is functioning with legitimacy because for everything it requires the true identity of the users. |

My idea of Paypal is like it is the middleman for the 2 parties who are receiving and who is paying. Paypal has no power to scam people because they hold the money temporarily. The ones who scam people are the persons who allegedly "sell" items that in the first place don't have anything to sell to the buyer. In buying items online always go for the trusted and highly rated never test the waters to sketchy people because they are cheaper.

Paypal is not a scam, cause before it was the most common way to pay and recived money. And paypal can be use to shop on amazon. The only thiing that i dont want on paypal is account limitation.when your account got limited you cant send money.

Problem is that you will still use paypal, if you are not able to pay with bitcoins. Also some companies don`t take credit cards(there are always some problems with them), so in this case i always use paypal, maybe it not the best idea to keep your money in this system, wtih this i will certainly agree(because of withdraw problems), but it is a good idea to put you credit card there, to pay for something =) |

The problem with paypal is that they are made for high profile users and actually companies and not for common people, because if they were made for common people they would never have rules like reversible payments and all. They ask us bill or something to win a dispute which in cases like suppose I buy something from market then I don't always get a bill of it. I cannot keep all the bills too for 180 days man ! |

account restrictions occur because you're doing things that are forbidden by the rules paypal, or there are other problems relating to the TOS. if you use paypal in accordance with the rules, then there is no big problem |

And hence even the ones who don't want to use paypal are forced to use it. I really hope a currency that is user-friendly like bitcoins is made to be accepted everywhere without any issues. |

Paypal is used to scam and not itself a scam. I have seen many people who even guarantee to win a dispute or reversible transaction dispute, now how is that possible ? Only because the rules and regulations of paypal are too bogus and they just protect the buyer and never actually cares for the seller. |

Paypal is just another legal payment processor and bitcoins is a revolution since it defines a new currency. Unfortunately many people still prefer paypal over bitcoin because of its coverage amongst many merchant in this world. if bitcoin just have as the same coverage as paypal i'm really sure that bitcoin can be the most used currency for online transactions. bitcoin have so many advantages that paypal don't have and it's running not for profit because it's ain't company. |
