Is Paypal a scam?

Paypal is not a scam service but the truth is their service
is high charge. When it comes to transfer money to others,
service charge can kill you. Im waiting that paypal can
transfer to a bitcoin wallet address for easy of use.

i agree with you that Paypal is not scam and paypal users was very high for online transaction buy now a lot of people using bitcoin and bitcoin getting too much popularity and a huge number of people using bitcoin for online shopping because bitcoin is very useful and profitable currency and acceptable in anywhere for online shopping.

I think that the payment by paypal system is really better to use for the purchase of different products on the network for other currencies, but bitcoin is self-sufficient in this regard.

Paypal is already so much time there in the market and no major problems with the payment system did not arise until then. Therefore, a scam is not even worth talking.

They are pretty old in the market and I can say the one of the most successful payment method/processor in the recent years even though there are some other alternatives like payza etc but still paypal is leading, but why is it called scam is because some individuals withdraw/refund money even though the service/goods has been arrived.

Yeah i think this is the only problem about paypal that you can reverse the payment.. many people are saying it is scam because they are scam by charge back than they are receive like bitcoin withour refund or reverse payment..
For me paypal is most secured if you are experience of item that factory default you can reverse the payment online or you can get refund if you give a real proof..
Paypal should be change that thing in the future.. or develop it more in the future..

They have also some down sides for example they require lots of info to be confirmed like ID, bill for verifying the address etc which sometimes make sense but on the other side it is good for the buyers to not get scammed from the sellers.

witdhraw and receive payment is good and very fast
so what is your problem and then your write paypal is scam
if you have problem you can contact team support paypal, you can receive solution and instruction you problem solved

I had never found it as a best .
I found many wrost things in PayPal . PayPal can deduce the balance from your connected bank account without permission and without reason instructions . Secondly it is reversible also .
I will prefer to everyone not to use if you have another way of payment .

I agree with you completely. True, I today use another international payment system, but their advantage is obvious. No problem does not occur if the payment or transfer of funds to any wallets or credit cards, in contrast to how these functions are performed by banks.

Well in paypal there are no problems occur. We cant say that paypal is scam because paypal is there for a years and there are no problems with it but sometimes we could say that there are delays of payment but it will be taken an action byy the developers then it will be sent or received immediatly

Using the strict definition of the word "scam" I personally don't think that Paypal can qualify. However, like most of the online services, there would be people who can have some complaints against the service provider and in this case we are talking about Paypal. As what I experienced, my account was locked by Paypal because of a single transaction they did not like and there was nothing I can do because it is their own right to do so anytime.

Well, good thing we now have Bitcoin and I am sure that Paypal is now feeling the heat of the whole thing as it was forced to spend a lot of money making the Paypal brand smells fresh on Facebook.

I am sure that soon Paypal can be sidelined and may even die because of Bitcoin...or so I wish.

Well PayPal has serviced many users online and it has proven itself over the years. But their current security system that locks your fund if they detect transaction problems is not good due to their poor support system. Just this day a group in Facebook are debating that PayPal is a scam, well I am not sure of that but I have fear that possibly PayPal will just stop without us knowing since bitcoin has negative impacts on their sales.

I used the service a few years ago. The service was not perfect and had some problems like the high fees, but I did not find the problems that many people find today. And if it's as serious as you said, it can be very costly for the users and for the service itself.

It's working smoothly only in first world countries. In many countries, it is hell to just have your money back to you after getting it from a different country. I am not saying that it is ridiculous mainly coz what can be used for good, can also be used for something really bad. But the rules for making an account limited should be less negative.

No matter how much people are complaining about the ridiculous policies of PayPal, they continue to use it while there are enough other alternatives.

It basically means that no matter how many alternatives there are, PayPal does something right/better than its competitors. That's the difference.

I think the fact that people enjoy buyers protection is the main point of people to keep using PayPal while they get annoyed by all the rules set up by PayPal.
