How long does it take to get the confirmation email from the ARK TEC site? I've been waiting for around 15 minutes on Outlook.

Usually within 10-20 minutes (also check your spam folder). If you don't get it in 30 minutes you can always use this here : https://tec.ark.io/sign-up and click on send verification email again  . Thanks! |

Hi. We know about ARK ICO start but can somebody check timer and set up for bonuses? Its important to investors. I mean now shows 0:0:0000. Many people want know exaclty when finish bonus and start less bonus but on the www site I cant read it. Thx. Edit: Sorry I dont push F5 to refresh site, my bad  I check site without refresh I thinking my internet explorer refresh it automaticly and I saw only old not refreshed site. |

So I could send 15M Lisk and get the full bonus for day one or is the there another cap especially for day one? Just want to get sure.

Just a quick note for those that have their Lisk on polo.
Don't panic it can take a while to arrive. Poloniex doesn't process Lisk withdrawal requests right away, on the best days it can take 30-60 minutes.
But today there are a lot of transactions on the Lisk blockchain and the polo hot wallet is getting drained, so additional delays are possible. We can't do anything about it, it's entierely up to them.
But I think that as long as you initiate withdrawal in a timely manner it shouldn't be a problem. Just don't expect to make withdrawal an hour before the first 24h our ARK TEC is up, because the transaction may arrive or may not.

Yes I check on this site. I use firefox with option refresh window when use so I thinking it was refreshed but not. My mistake. Sorry. I see now timers with bonus actually. Thx.

Sure. Send it over. On the way Ofc this was a theoretical question just to get sure there is no cap I don't know of. Someone mentioned a cap of 2.3M in Polo's trollbox, thats why I asked. |

There are a lot of issues on Poloniex withdrawals - your best bet it to open a ticket with them, but some are reporting that Polo withdrawals are finally going through. |
