Why does Cryptopia service not respond to Tickets and does not solve them ? Tickets : #91073, #99340, #100807, #105756 - they all say no confirmation of payment on the Cryptopia website - the oldest of December 27, 2017. All payments are confirmed by the network GoByte GBX (hundreds, and even thousands of confirmations) :

All payments went to my deposit address on Cryptopia, but for the exchange all have 19/20 confirmations.

If rise a ticket again it will  be get again on the end of the waiting list  ! If all tickets about 1 issue !  You have to wait for reply on them because you are not the only one with a ticket ! ATM it will take some time for reply but you will get an answer for sure !

Each Ticket applies to a different deposit and each is from a different day - the oldest one is over a week. The first one I submitted, closed after a few hours without checking the situation at the deposit address, only educating me of the need to confirm the transaction through the GBX network - the transaction already had over 200 confirmations.

There is an email issue with some of our servers, if your not receiving the email, try logging out and then log back in, to get connected to a server without this problem, and then resend the email confirmation. Our team is working to fix the issue with the few servers with this problem !

I withdraw some ether today.

I filled a ticket but not an answer for now.

I still didn't receive any answer for this. Now it is not showing on etherchain too. #101598 my ticket number, please can you solve my problem.

I had a similar ETH problem, but the transaction finally materialised and became visible on Etherscan after 2 hrs. Perhaps yours will go through soon as well.

Hi,
    Recently, I transferred 707 vivo coin from the exchange to my wallet. Its status on the website is still being shown as processing with no TxId for last several days! I wrote to them but got no response!

   Prior to this, I sent few Innova coins to their website wallet. This transaction is already confirmed by the coin explorer by more than thousand times but on their website, its stuck at somewhere less than 20 and thus I cannot use! Again, I wrote to then several weeks ago and still waiting for a resolution!

   I simply do not understand this! Is it going to be like this always? Communication is going to be in one way? Our money is going to be stuck inside cryptopia? Why shouldn't we consider that you are actually using such randomly chosen stuck funds for your own profits?

   Lastly, I really had very good experience with this exchange for last several months but now I'm loosing my mind. Simply because I don't see any effort/update from their side to improve the situation! I'm not the only one who is facing such things here! I've met several people on discord channels who are also suffering because of the negligence!

  I'm sorry! I had to write this!

If you stop listing any coin when some body is paying you, they could never DOS your servers if they don't have access to them, even though I'm banned from Cryptopia's troll box for another thousand years, I don't think you are planning exit scam. hire more staff to handle tickets, you have only 3 staff members?

Guess everyone is freaking out about the present problems concerning deposit XEM.
I´ve read comments and forum posts from like a mounth ago, still without a solving.
All we can do is wait and i am willing to wait, if there really is a technical issue.
All we want is a statement from CRYPTOPIA support what the actual problem is, with what timespan we have to calculate or if our money is actually gone..
There is a lot of shitstorm going on XEM... I guess a clear statement would calm a lot of users. So please...

You guys are dirtbags for charging $4.80 (0.02 LTC) for a withdrawal and then using $0.24 (0.00100401 LTC) in fee on the actual tx.
Thats just fecked up.

Half the time you never respond to tickets and then either just close the ticket and ban the user from chat or you just ignore the ticket. Quit playing dumb.

Hello All,

As a long time user of Cryptopia I can say this is the best site for all of your crypto needs.  I especially like the marketplace, and have sold many items there.  The arbitrage page is awesome in finding some great deals across exchanges.  The term deposits are another feature unique to Cryptopia I use to hold my coins while earning interest. Most of the problems are likely because of high demand and surge in new crypto users and thus exchanges' registrations.
Several big exchanges stopped new registrations already to cope with this.

Do you have an ETH deposit problem? I wait for 1 hour to deposit the eth account (etherscan 250 confirmed ) .
