Cryptopia scammed me out of .33 btc with their ongoing paccoin scam, i complained last night and told them i was going to the police and will do all i can to see justice served and i wake up this morning to find out my account is locked and they are stealing thousands more i have in my account there.
That is not what I saw in the forums. Based on the threats you might not have to go to the police - the police will come to you. Why would you threaten their families ? That is low. I found this in the forum and suspect THIS is reason your account is locked : As for your accusation regarding PAC is nonsense too - there is a massive 209 BTC 1 sat and 2882 BTC 2sat sell wall. https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/api/GetMarketOrders/1721/50{"Success":true,"Message":null,"Data":{"Buy":[],"Sell":[{"TradePairId":1721,"Label":"PAC/BTC","Price":0.00000001,"Volume":20958105886.75323747,"Total":209.58105887},{ "TradePairId":1721,"Label":"PAC/BTC","Price":0.00000002,"Volume":144125808760.59761295,"Total":2882.51617521},

I just started trading with Cryptopia. Is it standard that they just take $1000 from customers at random times? I am thinking it was a simple error since I was provided a withdraw TX ID 2 days ago that does not even exist according to the block explorer. No response from the service ticket either. How can I get this fixed? Obviously crypto operates at warp speed so I would hate to lose more money on the wait.
I have used at least 6 exchanges and never experienced this problem before. Don't let Binance take all my business!
What coin ? What is the TXid ? Sometimes coin networks can be terribly slow. I know they have had ongoing issues with the Ethereum network and ERC20 Tokens.

BCN was delisted in August and they no longer have a BCN wallet .
Delist Notice - BCN Due to an on-going issue of deposits being sent to Cryptopia without payment id, resulting in long delays for users or loss of coins, BCN is being delisted. Please withdrawal your BCN before 20/09/17 Published by: DaRoll @ 8/20/2017 11:30:01 AM 3450 Ox Fina is less than US$3 according to coinmarketcapOX Fina is a ERC20 token so transaction gas fees are paid in Ether - hence the costly transaction fees paid to the miners that process the transaction.

They just said: "Due to being unable to provide any kind of realistic or accurate ETA on both the DOGE/LTC markets being resumed, we have decided it best to close these base markets at this time. Please close any open orders, and we apologize for the inconvenience."
Here's an Update on the LTC MARKETS at CRYPTOPIA Further Updates On LTC Basemarkets I understand that while this may not be the update many people want to hear, it at least will hopefully provide everyone with a clear understanding of the path forward. Cryptopia will be standing up new sister sites such as ltc.cryptopia.co.nz to handle base markets dedicated to LTC on their own trade engine and database to allow them to continue to trade, and allowing cryptopia.co.nz to resume registrations. You will still need to transfer funds between the different sites to trade on each of them but this will be able to be handled instantly by Cryptopia in the background with atomic swaps, so you'll still have the single Cryptopia account that you use on the different exchanges. As such, we will be permanently closing the LTC basemarkets on cryptopia.co.nz Users will have a month to cancel their open orders after which point the markets will be closed and your orders will be cancelled for you. Further updates on the timeline for the new LTC exchange will be posted as they become available. Published by: Hex @ 1/11/2018 12:11:38 AM

I hope this gives Cryptopia a chance to fix the Byteball (GBYTE) wallet issue.

My SDRN deposit has not been credited and it's almost 2 weeks but still no response got from cryptopia's support, how long could I get their answer? I'm losing so much profits for each dump and pump with SDRN and its so bullshit for their support to for not seeing and answering it. Cryptopia team should put some heads on support channel so that people could not wait for long for their missing deposits.

I exchanged 01.01.2018. about 196 Zero for BTC on the Cryptopia, but I did not get Bitcoins in my account (I had 0.05979240 BTC before selling Zero and after sale I only have so much). Looks like I sold Zero for nothing. Now I do not have nor Zero nor Bitcoins. Today is January 11, 2018. and technical support has not yet answered me.

My problem with monero had been resolved it took 28 days. My advice for everyone who have problems "do not panic" and always check wallet status in coininfo before making deposits and withdrawals. Cheers. Thank you for your post. I'm seeing many posts about no response from support, yet no one wrote that finally had the problem resolved. I knew I have to wait more for the answer from support. Having problem with Cryptopia BTC deposit. My deposit was consisted of 2 parts, included in one transaction. Only one part was deposited into account. Such transactions are uncommon so the issue is rare. I have to wait now. I hope it will be resolved. Previously I had some delays with ether deposits/withdrawals, but they all went through within hours at worst.
