on a side note, anyone interested in giving feedback, what do we think to the download buttons i am using? http://cudamining.cc/url/releasesthe website isnt finished atall and isnt made to look nice, i will be setting it back to editing mode later. but if you have any recommendations please feel free to go through the site and let me know On about page change "christians" so it's capped. On Release Page: One suggestion I would make is to reverse the order of the downloads. Keep the most current version at the top. If possible try and list the hash rates next to the algorithms section. (edit see this is in the config section, wouldn't hurt to be here too) Change spelling mistake of "alogirthms" to "algorithms" on the right side of the page. http://cudamining.cc/url/configurationsTHIS IS COOLWhat is the login for? Is there going to be a private section? Good job so far! Carlo

ok all mistakes fixed, what did you mean by the top part in the quote? and the login section is where i go to edit some things, the actual coding framework is my pet project. but i may open it up so people can login to post tutorials, and let others add/update sections of the site if they are trust worthy. so for now it doesnt do anything that you guys might want

That's an interesting analysis I am trying to run on monero (on pool)... curious to know what I will get from that (I can't even open the wallet for the moment hope it is only temporary)

Until Christian can find a way to release his 'killer Groestl' without violating the license then we are all mostly stuck at the 2.2 range... I assume his comment means that the 10% is on top of that, but yes if 'killer' comes out it would be included in that as well. Both are true, but I don't think he is saying the whole enchilada is coming soon (I would love to be wrong).

I am thinking maybe to release killer groestl windows binary only and later if found a way to do a full release. Maybe a good site for a partial release would be this page: http://cudamining.cc/url/releases

He cannot do a binary only without violating the GPL (or whatever licence is uses) of the open source requirement. That is the issue as I understand it. I am certainly not bugging him about it, but just trying to help others understand the problem. He would have to re-write all the code he included from others in order to take it 'closed source', and that would be a whole lot of work to write and debug it all correctly. Right now he gets to enjoy the fruits of his labor on his own, and that is fine.

I like its simplicity and the buttons are just fine !

I thought it would be easier to look through then a wiki Plus it allows me to do stuff like this http://cudamining.cc/url/configurations?gpu=750Ti&algo=x11&pool=stratum+tcp://erebor.dwarfpool.com:3345&pooluser=test&poolpass=passSo now if anyone asks for a config and speed, create a link and it shows you an expected hashrate from what other people have submitted. On a side note, if anyone wants to start sending me configs to add feel free. The way i need them sending is they must contain the following - what miner (cudaminer/ccminer)
- what miner version
- what algorithm
- the launch config
- the gpu
- the hashrate achieved
Please only send me the config for your highest achieved hashrate. For example if you have a config for v1.0 and v1.02, only send me the config for the one that was faster, not both this allows me to reduce duplicate results for the same card and algo. i may add in a power usage column aswell, we will see

Is there any way to set failovers for CCminer? I've asked this a few times, but never seen an answer.
Also @bigjme
I assume the 26/05/2014 CCminer V1.02 on your website is the version that has been available on the Github master for over a week?

I haven't been able to keep up with the pace of this thread lately, but maybe someone can give a short recap. Mostly my interest was in the small code blurb about the ccminer exiting if the driver crashes, and I think someone posted a few lines of code that make that happen. Did that get integrated into an .exe yet that is available? Appreciate any thoughts or links to that
