This guy's request was solved ~18h ago, he just didn't post anything about it here.  So Ethan definitely still around, he's just been busy IRL.

Players on any gambling site want instant issue resolution but dont realize the owners have real life to attend to as well
so if they dont get a response in 24 hours they start to worry they are being ignored.
I think patience is the route to go especially in the summer months when people are going out with family and dealing with work at the same time of responding to any issues with those players might have.
So maybe give them the benefit of the doubt before assuming the worst. Try in about 3-4 days having past before contacting them again as a followup to the resolution of your issue with the site.
But glad the sites moderator randall confirmed your problem was resolved within the past 24 hours anyways.

and my 2fa loss problem was solved by Ethan after more than 48 hours emailing support@yolidice.com
Perhaps this problem should be better overcome if Ethan has more partners to solve for the user.
Assuming that the worst case scenario happened with Ethan, maybe the players would suffer huge damage.

I lost the 2fa code. and I emailed support@yolodice.com but 30 hours passed and no one helped me. Mod on the web says only Ethan can help me. But I don't know where to find Ethan!

Your reply is several days late and the mods have already told him to wait until Ethan replies on the site. Also if you didn't notice the post above you he already said that his problem was fixed.

Probably he is very busy in real life lately and it is right then I can say it is understandable. As long as there is other people who can cover what he needs to do in this forum so it is enough. Indeed it may make players and investors feels a bit uncomfortable if the owner is not really active here but there must be a valid reason of the inactivity.

Support is always an issue with a growing site,,, you can hire many people but if only a few people have issues then it is a wasted resource,,, I think this is a bit of an unusual case and you were probably unlucky. Then again,,, I have to wait for over 24 hours for Twitter or FB to return to me in support,,, only for extra questions instead of solution:)

When you’re running an online casino such things are bound to happen, an owner cannot be expected to come to the forum, and reply to each and every members post. The best way forward is to drop a email and patiently wait for a reply, also remember that they receive tons of emails each day which sometimes causes the delay. In the end I’m glad your issue was resolved via email now take care of your 2fa.

You are never too busy not to post at least one message per month. There have been too many cases of owners disappearing, he loses lots of money if even a few people feel less safe investing because of this.

Ethan isn't going anywhere, he loves YD.  To address some things stated in yours and previous posts:

Ethan's been dealing with some private IRL things, and that's why the past month or so has been a bit slow for YD, but from here on he should be more active.  Even when he was super busy, he still checked on Support tickets and got people sorted out (albeit sometimes a bit slower than usual).  He doesn't post much in BitcoinTalk because mostly people just beg him for money or be trolls, so I handle that (and some of the other Mods) most of the time for him.

I work Support for him, but I only have access to certain things, I cannot help with balance issues or password resets, that's reserved for Ethan and Scott only.  I've asked him many times to grant me access to be able to help with those things, but he is insistent on keeping things securely between him and Scott, so that there's no risk to security or assets with other people.  Security is always Ethan's #1 concern.

That said, since he should be online more often now, I will ask him to try and post here more regardless.

We've also recovered our YD Twitter account, which was mysteriously banned/deleted a couple months back, so we'll be posting updates through that again as well as here.

Hopefully this helps answer some of the questions/concerns people have been having.

If you need your bet history from a current seed, you'd have to email support@yolodice.com and see if Ethan is able to copy/paste the results to you.

Otherwise, you'd have to make a new seed, then use a verifier and download the list of bet results from the previous seed.

Yes it has been such a long time to me anyway! A new competition, but ah! I did such a lot of wagers (for me) just before the competition started,,, but that was in BTC so it would not have counted. Wondering if it is worth it to exchange ETH but anyway I am looking forward to see if I can make a dent.

If you can wager a lot every day and maintain your place within the top 20 it's worth it. On their last ETH wagering competition the lowest wagered amount between the top users was 160 ETH. Also it's only 2 days in the competition and the prize pool already doubled.

That is 100% for sure. I have not been around too long like the veterans but I have seen already 2 competitions and you can see it is more than certain that if you end up in the winning spot, you will be positive expected value.

The bonus for me if wagering is gaining levels at the same time plus a chance to get the jackpot.

Oh and agree about Dogecoin. Anyone who wins it now will be happy when Doge hits 100 satoshi again;)

Forgot they were running a competition for ethereum only. Since it has been so long in seeing them running one I thought they abandoned the idea all together.
Just one more day left to wager enough to get on their leaderboard though.
So it might be a struggle to even place high enough to receive something in return but you can always give it a shot with a small amount of ethereum.
