TY. Glad they're getting that mess on the first couple days of batch 2 orders sorted out. They've apparently not gotten to ticket #216 yet. Likely it'll take them awhile to work out who's who.

Unfortunately with an even earlier order and earlier ticket # I have nothing. So it does not seem like that tickets are being answered on a FIFO basis. Would be nice to get some response  Embarrassed

did you pay as guest? I did. First day, first hour batch2 costumer. No email. Walletbit confirmed. good luck for us.

as for the tradeins, my fpgas needs retirement after a year of wonderful hashing services, please Avalon team, allow them to rest.

I don't know about you, but my two X6500s still earn $100 per month.  Not sure why someone would want to trade-in or sell their FPGA rigs.  They don't even require maintenance beyond a good dusting every few months.
