As mine is open air frame, I normally using bike pump to blow dust off the rig. It works and it costs nothing.

my open air rigs in the basement is pretty much dust free, havent blown then out since i built it about 6-7 months ago. its up on a shelf. i just keep an eye on it.

the living room desktop rig with a single 390 which mines flat out at night (and runs about 25% power during the day due to noise) gets blown out about every 4 months, along with the rest of the rig.

kinda funny that, the upstairs gaming/mining rig does get a bit dusty even with all intakes being filtered. probably due to the cats and its near the floor. buts its a very fine white dust, almost like talcum powder. doesnt clog any heatsink/fans. filters catch heavy stuff that would otherwise get ought in the heatsink. filters i vacuum off every couple weeks.

if you use compressed air use a qtip or something to prevent the fans from over spinning when blowing towards them. easy to wreck the bearings on fan overspeed.

Equihash (as used by ZCash) was intended to be memory-intensive, but turns out to not be nearly as much so as the original creators probably intended it to be - it's DEFINITELY not as memory-limited as the algo used in ETH mining.

 In practice it wants a lot more core clock than memory clock when you're overclocking cards to mine it.

 Your -60 core +625 memory would be a good starting point for ETH mining, if it's stable.

So an ASIC chip could be developed to mine ZEC as it has been the case for BTC?

I have this but it is misconfigured (Miner.exe --server us-east.zec.slushpool.com --user t1K1PKJ8LBurBy2y8yT5mtrE9euuVtjbiQj.PCMINER --jocarugo --port 4444 --allpools 1 --pec). And I am something new at the moment and I feel a little difficult for this.

miner.exe --server us-east.zec.slushpool.com --user username.worker --pass x --port 4444 --pec

That should be all that you need to get it running.

I think you also have to register the worker in your user control panel before they will allow the connection.

For me, memory overclocking doesnt make any difference when mining Zcash (or any Equihash coin), Only core clock has impact on hash rate.
I don't touch memory, just core to +110 (GTX 1060).

 Possible, and I would not be shocked to see one show up before the end of the year, but I'm pretty sure the huge memory usage of ZEC compared to those algos that HAVE an ASIC available would make the cost and performance not all that great compared to GPU mining.
 I don't see it likely an ASIC could manage 100x the performance, and iffy if one could manage 10x the performance of current GPUs - and it would take something in the ballpark of 10x the performance to make a ASIC-based mining chip viable to create.

 I make a point of NEVER installing Geforce Experience. Horrid excuse for a program, even more worthless than Wattman (and I have no use for Wattman)....

Afterburner might be a solution to tweak a setting or 2. I've gotten mine setup for my 980 ti, added 150 mhz on the core, not on mem because it does nothing in my case. Result 550 to 600 sol/s. adding more voltages or mhz doest do much either. Key might be that i keep it cooled very well. which results in good card performance.

My mistake, I meant gigabyte xtreme gaming engine.  Which, in my opinion is not the best, but I have found it works for me.

I had 2 of those myself - the overclocking was linked to the power level, at least for mining.  I ran mine at 133% power, at which point the core was ticking at 2ghz and the memory I had overclocked to about 12.5ghz stable.  I didn't overclock the core to achieve that boost, it did it automatically.  I picked 133% because any higher than that didn't give any faster hashrate, only burned more power.  Seems the EWBF miner maxed out at about 125% TDP, but occasionally would hit the power limiter if the power level was set to that exact level so boosting it to 133% gave me 780-800sol/s. 

Without the power boost they would get about 740-750, so I ended up dropping it to normal levels just to save power cause the extra sols weren't substantial enough to warrant the higher bill.  But I was never able to overclock the core by more than +50 at any power level, I guess because gigabyte binned the chips and overclocked them in the hardware so pushing them more destabilized the system.  Memory I could overclock to 12.75ghz pretty stably, but ran mostly at 12.5ghz since that seemed to be the peak of gains for mining.
