Hi all,

I'm getting lots of rejected share on a particular gpu out of 7 gpu.
Is that normal?

edit: im using gtx1070

Do i have to do some settings with the intensity of the gpu? What is the usual setting to be set for intensity?

Is it a power sharing issue? the GPU doesn't have enough power?

Please help.

thankyou!

I used to have similar problem but after I reduced mc for about 10% it was fixed
my GTX1070 - pl130 cc150 mc350 temp limit 70C

Hi! thanks for your information!

Can i know your sols per gpu?

right now my settings are

pl - 68 cc175 mc 750 temp limit 80

Is my mc too high?

Hi gs777,

Thanks for your help!

i think i manage to minimized the rejected shares by increasing my cc!

Thanks again!

What's the fastest miner for a 1080ti? for xmr

Xmr is a memory dependant algo. 1080 ti  memory performance is crap for its price/performance .So don't use 1080 ti with eth or xmr.
1060 or 1070 is more profitable for all type of algos.

Mine zec with 1080ti . Smiley

Any Suggestion ?

So i got a 1080 Ti & a 980 Ti, 750-800 sol on the 1080ti,& 495-530 on the 980 ti.
I got a 1000w PSU , & i wanted to add another card. Thing is I got a small space to fit it & i don't want for it to over heat.
So should i just buy a pci extension?
Also what other gpu can reach 450+ sol? I don't want to go over 450$ on the gpu & extension.
I don't pay for electricity .

Also I'm sure this has been asked , But does --fee 0.0 really works?
Is this the best miner for zcash?

If you will use pcie risers GPU cooling definitely would be better
and as a bonus your hush rate slightly will go up as well
gtx 1080 make 520-550 sol/s

also you can try to set up fee to 0.01.
It works at least on nvOC

Soon enough there will be a better miner for windows, I forgot the name of the dev, you can find the thread somewhere around this forum. He's currently optimizing it for Linux and it's already as good as EWBF.

so, if you download EWBF's miner from the megaupload or google drive links, windows defender will throw up virus found and delete it.

if you download ewbf's miner from nanopool's GitHub repository, then there's no virus flag. be careful when you say all miner's have viruses and don't ignore it.

when I try downloading it windows defender blocks and deletes it, classifying it as "Trojan: Win32/Skeeyah.A! Bit"
seems to be a much more specific a Trojan alert than minergate threw up, is this file safe?

It's safe. Most of miner are detected as a virus/ trojan.
And we use EWBF's for long time, it's fine man Smiley

I got some questions and hope you can help me.

1) Payouts - how often are they?
2) Is there a way i can check the stats online what and how much i have mined?
3) and some paranoid question - How can i check if i entered my correct wallet adress? Cheesy I typed: user t1SbF2kwe9GwW87bTNqKeLtpBJe96iMZA9V.Rig1 - .Rig1 is the name, right?

Thanks

This is a miner thread, however...

1) depending on the pool - what pool did you configure in config file? It could vary from 1 hour to 1 week or more
2) yes, again, depending on the pool
3) you will check that on web page of the pool you have configured in the conf file (some have "almost" live stats)

You can find answers to your questions on FAQ page of nanopol.

1) Pool settings
•Fee is 1%
Payouts several times a day
•No payout commission
Default minimum payout is 0.01 ZEC
- To get to 0.1 Zec with 6 x 1080ti you will need about 30hours
•Share difficulty is static and equal to 19200.

You can mine directly to your ZCash wallet on any exchange

2) Enter your wallet address in the upper right side of the page and you will see if you are mining or not

3) see number 2

@tpd09

It's more hardware conf issue.
I had the same problem with my GTXs 1080 Ti. More OC + Power supply not powerful enough

I've issue with EWBF's CUDA Zcash miner Version 0.3.4b (Windows 10).
8 x GTX 1080 TI EWBF works fine, but with 9 GTX 1080 TI EWBF freeze during GPU detecting.
Anyone with the same problem?
An update will be planned to support more than 8 GPUs?
