Sorry, I am a little new to thist thread, I have a little amount of moon. And as I understood you want to burn them, can you explain why?
This appears to be a very frequently asked question. This Mooncoin is getting to be an old coin, with two very long bitcointalk threads, I suspect that not many coming here are willing to read through the entirety of both threads. I propose that its brief history be posted front and foremost everywhere possible: the OP, its websites, its social websites, etc... Maybe something like: -- December 2013, deaconboogie creates Mooncoin, -- October 2014, no one is able to contact deaconboogie, we fear for his health, -- January 2016, the cryptsy exchange implodes while holding billions of user's coins (so possibly stolen), -- March 2017, barrysty1e modifies the wallet to lock the stolen coins, thus they become unspendable, -- at one time the coins could be viewed in the top two addresses on the rich list in the explorer, -- January 2018, someone goes out of their way to unload these coins onto Vassilis_Dev -- the discussions continue, which include: returning the coins to the original owners (very difficult), or simply sending them to a burn address (burning them would benefit anyone holding mooncoins now). -- These coins can be seen at this address: 2QovBjnVke4fgn9UXdz9osheNLxQCk3d8R -- and so on... And most certainly this response should be posted at the top of all of Mooncoin's pages: This is a community announcement...
There's all this confusion going on about the 62 billion coins and what should happen with them.
There are idiots in this forum that like to give "their" opinions, basically, pulling $hit out of their a$$e$. Stop giving YOUR opinion, STOP giving "legal" advice(warnings). Giving "legal warnings" is considered "practicing law without a license".
If anyone here, other than me, truly read the "court Notice", you would know for a "fact" that the court stipulated in the Notice, that people did NOT have to be a part of the lawsuit in order try to get their coins back. So stop with this $hit, that the only way people can get their coins back is by contacting cryptsysettlement.
ANYONE, including lawyers that say otherwise are LYING.
And then there are those that lost some of those coins and still, many new people that have come into Moon and are unsure what to do with all this uncertainty.
The problem is that the majority of people that lost coins can not prove it.
Let me share a few "facts" 1. Mooncoin(which is considered intellectual property) is "OWNED" by it's CREATOR(Deaconboogie) period..., unless sold or transferred. Not the people that hold coins, not the people that lost coins, NOT some court or receiver.
2. If you have/had Mooncoins, you are merely a "lawful holder".
3. The creator of Mooncoin moved on and therefore left them to the Moon community(not sure if they were transferred).
4. 62 billion were stolen by Cryptsy/Vernon.
5. A class action was started by ALL investors, of which some were Mooncoin HOLDERS.
6. Out of the blue the coins are returned to the Mooncoin dev(Vassilis), who REPRESENTS the Mooncoin community.
7. The Mooncoin community are the rightful/lawful holders in due course of said coins, NOT the court nor the receiver.
8. If property is returned to its owner, the court has no authority to demand the owner give that property to the court.
9. The community as well as most RIGHTFUL HOLDERS feel it is in the best interest of ALL that the coins be burned.
10. As the RIGHTFUL HOLDERS, the community as a whole gets to decide what happens with the coins, NOT the court.
If the Cryptsy records were not destroyed, the community would gladly return the coins to all that lost them. But most of the records are lost, and there is so much turmoil. I entertained the thought that the community could give those that lost coins "some" of their coins back, but that would lead to some getting some and others not, which does not make for a happy community. Therefore the most logical solution is to burn ALL the coins.
... and then, and only then list the properties, qualities, and links to wallet programs, of Mooncoin itself.

Can you briefly explain why such a noise with this coin? I'm afraid my translator does not translate correctly and I do not understand who and who stole it!

And how to build that " burn address" ? If you could post here a step by step guide on how to form that #Mooncoin address then we will have a unity here.

Burn the damn coins and let's move on to actually developing the brand. Dwelling the past like this only prevents the future from growing. It's not like those have stolen coins haven't had a chance to speak out and get compensated by some means.

Please Mooncoin Fan! Build the burn adddres together!
And how to build that " burn address" ? If you could post here a step by step guide on how to form that #Mooncoin address then we will have a unity here. Posting here now because agswinner has reached out and asked for assistance in the creation and implementation of a 'burn' (re: null/void) address with which to send the 62B to so we can finally be rid of this pox that's been hanging over the Mooncoin community since Cryptsy shut down. Some things I'd like to publicly state beforehand; the entire experience I've had with Mooncoin since May has been, among other things, bizarre, frustrating, tiring and ultimately disappointing for reasons mostly centered around absentee developers who don't seem to understand the role, responsibilities and expectations they are taking on by becoming a main developer for a cryptocurrency and leaving hundreds of talented, skilled and resourceful people who have/had committed themselves to Mooncoin in the lurch. There have been several outside developers who have done direct comparisons of the old MOON GitHub and the new GitHub and have discovered that, besides the bit of work done on the desktop wallet, nothing else has yet been accomplished. Nor does there appear to be any code in place for when the fork occurs. Nor are there currently any commits for a Mac OSX release that was said was being worked on. Nor is there a rough roadmap that has been established in collaboration with the community and those who are/were actively attempting to build many things for MOON. Nor has there been any real attempt to list MOON on any further exchanges. Etc. All things that are *necessary* for a main developer to assist with and provide information for, especially with our main ethos which is total decentralization. However, even with all the odd and coincidental recent events, of which I won't yet go into great detail about on here, the important thing to realize is that we should do what we can to assist in the nullification of the 62B so that Mooncoin can at least have the chance to move forward and become the great cryptocurrency it was always intended to be. So *for now*, I ask that anyone with the means or resources available to them to assist with the creation and implementation of a 'burn' address or addresses please do so regardless of what you may think or feel about this situation and how it came to be. Agswinner has kindly provided the name of the law firm that represents at least him in the matter of the legality of the fate of the 62B, and I feel that we should now give him and those in the ANN the benefit of the doubt that they are attempting to do the right thing for Mooncoin and are honest in their intentions regarding this matter. Please take this opportunity to unite in this cause, and we can attempt to 'clear the air' regarding other issues later on.

Pls keep on responding and updating the community which is so wide and active #Mooncoin which has 4 years track record and many projects ahead is not something staying at this cheapest price. It has to fly high, yes definitely it will.
