How do you manage ur emotions?

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?

You need to stick to your original, you are going to be a good trader if you aren't going to be constant. Also why there's a need to panic?
If you are on that feeling, take a break and drink a cup of tea.

Panic in trading it's mean that traders are still beginners or Newcomers.
The master traders, in trading they already can hold his emotions when his price doesn't match the expectations.

That is true. That is why the traders with more experience win a lot more money. Why? Because it is the newbie trader's losing trades that funds the winning trader's strategy. Only 10% of traders make money. So it is either be as good in trading as the top 10% or continue to lose your money.

Also because, in trading we should be able to know all about the charts and read it.

they just definitely unlucky, even if you're really skilled on reading chart or whatever is it don't make you earning profit steadily, though theory at the end is just theory and performing the theory is not simple as that

Managing emotion is a big problem especially when you are still lack of experience, you need to understand the market well, for me the most important is the updated news and quick analysis, and when you got enough experience you will know when to sell and when to hold

Nope they are not unlucky, this only means that those charts does not tell what is the next trend of  market.  Why? It was the past, it is not an event factor but rather a trading history.  You can know how to read it and even master reading it but it will never change the fact that it will never tell what will be the next trend of the market unless unless you relate it to events.

We should contol our emotions otherwise they will control us, when you are in panic or in hurry then you take a small break and patient to re-analyze what you are going to do and if it worth, maybe ask someone else what he/they think about your next move.

I feel the same. when panic I go do other activities or go somewhere more comfortable pausing to think negative things about losing money.

We should contol our emotions otherwise they will control us, when you are in panic or in hurry then you take a small break and patient to re-analyze what you are going to do and if it worth, maybe ask someone else what he/they think about your next move.

It sounds funny but I do have same situation, when I feel that I just have enough money in my wallet I feel nervous and feel that it is not enough (although it is just enough) then what I do is pull out my investments just to have satisfied money in my wallet. I don't know but that is one thing I would like to overcome which is not to do panic selling.

I find that emotions are actually a lot more difficult when dealing with long-term decisions rather than on-the-spur decisions. When faced with emotional moments on a trade/sell, I can just switch off or plan to not have access.

But how do you lock-in a 6-month investment/decision when it looks like the price is moving away from your distant TP and closer to your SL?

What I really do for me to avoid situation like selling my coins with a huge loss than profit is to relax , I focus my mind elsewhere where Cryptocurrency is a way and have some deep thoughts whether to sell or not ! well most of the time I still choose to Hold even the proce goes down more than I expected but after months of waiting My coins multiply it value upto 3 times ! not a bad decision thou

We need all to relax, we all must not be that kind of person who does not think, in times of converting your own bitcoins. Waiting for the time when will going to convert is all about yourself, you must double think or you must think and think again why will you convert it. Just manage your own emotions, and do not let your own mind to think.

It's not good to trade with crypto currency exchange as of now because bitcoin's rate is continuously giving a negative result in trading with bitcoin. we can estimate when is the best price as the graph has shown in the same place.

Yes Pascal pumped like anything 2 days back and now it has gown down drastically today so people who have invested in it 2 days back would be enjoying huge profits and it is true that its really impossible to predict the best price to buy or sell as altcoin market is too volatile and no one is sure what will happen at a next moment.

That's your big weakness that will not enable you to succeed. No matter what the circumstances is, you have to learn to control your emotion, it's a traitor that will be the hindrance of your success. Everything in this world is a matter of taking risk to get something but we should learn to manage the risk buy controlling our emotion. That is necessary, especially when you are gambling.

I totally agree with you. It is not very easy to control your mind and your body if you do not have experience in this job. The more your train, the easier you can control them. Learning and studying are the keys leading you to succeed in trading and it will help you to govern your emotions. And if you are a master in controlling feelings, I bet that you will also become an experts in trading, too

I think up to now there are still lots of member here cannot control their emotions. Which leads them to loss of money, whether in trading or ico that are not potentially promising. So for us to avoid this thing number rules is let us control our emotions or we must have self discipline too.
