How do you manage ur emotions?

Greetings!

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?

I'm not in that stage, maybe if ever I face it, I would rather to keep control my self emotions as much as I can, so that my ways in trading will not be distract just because of my emotions only.

It's really hard to control one's emotion. One trick I do is write down my plan of attack so that it will constantly reminds me on what actions should I take and not base of feelings not just in trading by it is only application in other facets of our life. In this way, you have total control of the situation.

Our emotions is so volatile, just like the bitcoin value, we should control our emotions. When converting or selling altcoin, we should know first what will gonna happen, or what we shall we do. We can assure what will happen to our bitcoins, we can just have strategies and ideas when will we going to convert or sell altcoins.

It was earlier that I used the regret after making a deal.
I was only interested in selling quickly or buying quickly.
But now I am mature enough to sell at the rates I want and

It's just called manipulation, you should just have much knowledge,

The best thing we can do about it is let us apply Self discipline to yourself/ourselves so that our emotion don't had a chance to controls us to our situation, because if that happens we can become hysterical sometimes in unexpected moment. Especially when we do trade in the exchange platform.

that time is like when we see that there is a dump trend for the coins we bought and we are not in front of our computer when that thing is happen and this could make us to cut loss so we are not getting big loss. i have this experience and i think sometimes i can not handle it and i just out from my room to take a deep breath before i make recover in trading.

I have seen people express their emotions by bursting with a loud shout, others prefer to eating something or just hit something  but what we do or say should not make us regret in the future.
And I confide in a friend or just sleep over my emotions to  easily calm me down as am the collected type .

Yeah, I think controlling emotions is something that you should start with in planning. Making unrealistic goals and not recognizing one's limitations are signs that one is certainly not controlling one's own emotions. I think that another way to have this self-control is to try to predict the consequences of one's own actions, because that way the individual would have more incentives to avoid problematic situations.

When I'm seeing that my trades are failing I keep on being calm because emotion is an important matter to me.

So if ever that I'm near to my failure, I'm selling it as long as I can have some return with any amount for me.

It's better to have return rather than lose everything.

We need to develop our capability of being patience person, we need to put in our mind that we cannot really get what we all want in our life.
Sometimes success does not come easily, we need perseverance and more patience to get it. There is nothing that our emotion could help us, just let it go and learn to control it.

This should be the thing that most traders should do because on this way we cant do any unnecessary things while we are on the middle of the trade.
Emotions should really be controlled so that we could able to trade properly because if you didnt then you will surely do wrong things and decisions.

In my view, in trading not many chances are here to panic. We feel panic and emotion most of the time in gambling. But in trading litter bit we feel it, the reason is that when we get lose, so as a human being it is right to we feel panic, than we will do more concentrate on our trading with better skills and learn from our mistakes.

Even panic is a basic human feeling, when trading if you are enough skilled and if you are having all the required analysis and price prediction levels then you will not get panic. You will be able to your cool mind toward any market fluctuations. We are missing out the right trading plans and getting panic at the end.
