I manage my emotions by not looking at my portfolio every time the market is on blood bath. Instead of thinking about losing I divert my attention by reading news or trading books.
that is good, but some time even it become difficult to divert your attention from a serious matter and therefor it become difficult for us to have full control our emotions. although for most of the time i become succeeded to control my emotions but still some time my emotion become more stronger and i lose them, specially in gambling games when i start earning money there.

Greetings!
While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?
o I don't. Orginal plan can be altered thus we must forumlate new plan. For this reason, we shouldn't stick eith orginal plan simce it would trigger our emotion that can cause us to make a bad trade. It's better to go with alternative plan so you can find other ways to solve the conflict occured.

In a past life, I was a high frequency trader, and would build strategies to trade automatically-- mostly equities at the beginning of my career and futures towards the end.
Despite them being automatic, my strategies could still get pretty stressful, especially on days with large swings.
What I've found useful to manage my emotions is to have a maximum drawdown policy, and then stick to it.
Here's an example: let's say I set a drawdown limit of -50k, after which I would take a half hour cool-off session, then continue on again. Once I hit three drawdowns on any given a day, I'd stop for the day.
With this policy, at least I'd know that my maximum loss would be more or less -150k. Even if I'm not watching the system, I could sleep well knowing that I won't be losing a million dollars on any given day if I wasn't paying enough attention or had some other bug in my system.
[Disclaimer though that for automated trading, taking pauses is not necessarily a good idea, and in fact could be suboptimal, as the days with the most volatility are the days when you really want to be trading the most. In any case, even if a drawdown policy like above is suboptimal from a net profit standpoint, it could help you avoid the really terrible days, and therefore could help your Sharpe ratio. There's value to that too.]

And you call any development of events an "alternative aplan". I try to stick to the intended path. The main thing for me is to save my investments. And then the second task is to multiply the savings

Usually I used to make my mindset, that maximum chances are their that I might loose my money, which helped me control my emotions if I loosed, but I used to follow this when I started learning. Gradually the amount increased, and thus had to drop this as its kind of casual.
Anything with some fear is good for it, without fear and too much fear both ruins everything. And generally I left panicking as well and also I don't or rarely day trade, so I don't need to control/manage my emotions it this term.

Is this a working way for you to control your emotions ? I do see you are just managing your emotion failure situations and you are not focusing on eliminating the reasons which are causing your emotions to fail. I mean to say you are not focusing on your technical analysis so that you can avoid losing situations. Managing emotions positively must be a good approach but I believe that alone will not be enough to have successful trading life.

but to become a professional trader you need to bet experience and skill in trading, and for getting experience you need to spend a lot of time in trading and only then you can become an expert trader. i think those people who do not have skill in trading they need to trade with small amount of money.

I don't feel the same way. As a trader, you shouldn't rely on one plan at a time hence you must have many plans so you can get rid of loss when you are in dofficult situation. By simply shifting to another plan, I don't think emotion can interfere since following plan is objective where in emotion shluldn't be involved.

Shifting to your previous plan which don't work isn't worth it since it can cause failure for what goal you want to get. Emotion can be controlled if you'll focus more on plan so it's important to keep yourself in your plan.

Most likely, I used to read news in articles and forums so I can know what other traders opinion regarding that. Engaging with other can help you to decide precisely without doubt and emotion getting interfered that can affect your trade negatively.

Being emotional doesn't gonna get you anything good rather than it harms you with the loss or through some failure. This happens just based on the emotional outbursts. So we need to find solutions or else need to make plans to overcome these emotions. Surely you'll be feeling yourself successful.

. Right. For these kinds of things, trading and investing, and gambling as well, gettig your emotions involved could spell loss of money. If you react according to a rush of your emotions, your decisions may not be well calculated and those decisions can very well be harmful to your capital. You have to have nerves of steel and block any emotions when you tackle anything about money

So thats why that is happened.

You're saying the right thing, but I don't believe it is not easy to control the feelings and stress if you're a daily trader. If I could control my feelings, I might be a millionaire.

Try to give yourself a space of time. Spend some time in a good place that you learned that where you are going and going to mistake where is the wrong place that I am not getting then you will know face all these emotion and it will also saves your from emotional outbursts. So, keep believe and give yourself a time period to understand and avoid to deal directly.

Emotion is part of us as human beings and there is really nothing wrong with it. It is just that, when it comes to gambling, when you are carried away by your emotions - whether it be negative or positive emotions, you will tend to lose because you are not being rational that in any given moment, you will be lose due to house edge advantage of the casino you are playing with.

I always have a profit/ loss limitation, everytime my profit/ loss hit the limitation, I will sell immediately to cover my balance. By that way, I can make sure that my balance is still having enough money for trading.
