Greetings!

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?

if I experience something like that, I will control my emotions by way of vacation first, rest my brain first saturation and stabilize my emotions first, maybe that's what I will do for my emotional cure.

it is reasonable in a trade or even a business we will certainly experience the advantages or disadvantages, but we must be able to work around it, we must have a reliable strategy in order not to lose.

If you've ever let your emotions rule the day, you know that it can often lead to disappointing returns. The importance of patience, is one of the most difficult skills to learn as an investor and trader. If you find that you have lost control and entered a stock before its time, it is usually best to exit the trade and wait for it to develop based on your predefined rules and not on your emotions. Remember that there are always many trading opportunities in the market.

I am the person that you cannot see on my image that Im emotionally affected.I keep on smiling but but deep inside my heart is opposite on my physical appearance.I usually calm down on facing to other people. But when Im alone its there I cry at all.Its very hard to handle it but I have to fight what I feel.It doesnt help me if I show it,I'd  rather keep it and only share to someone I could trust. All I have to do is to fight and move on.Theres something new waiting for me in the future.

Under the last market dump, I faced a great depression and my friends lived the same depression too. This was not easy to get rid of, and it damaged our emotions drastically. It's sometimes a mess to control our emotions.

You should always remember to not mix your emotions with your decision making. Too much emotion wont help you to decide wisely. Most people sell their coins because they panicked cause of the suddenly drop of coins in terms of their value. You should never ever do a panic selling. Emotions should be keep aside. Always calm yourself and rethink before you make a decision. Dont let your emotion to rule your day because it will lead you to a much greater dissappointment. Keep calm and trust the decision you made up.

Completely agreed. As an additional point - forget about the first level thinking. Forget about factors everyone else is looking at when making investment decisions and build your own models around it.
This being said - really believing in the coins and concepts you buy, helps reduce the anxiety and the urge to sell as you are contributing because you feel this is the future.

Well, it's very easy to talk about how to control our emotions in the meanwhile we are not under pressure, but when we are in the middle of the game, and we see money disappearing it's very difficult to keep self control.
Btw, the only antidote to panic is a well planned strategy: losses are part of the game, so if you predict the temporary ones with a good technical analysis you can remain calm until the direction change. At least, this is the theory...:-)

I would suggest you to research more about the coin before trading. Don't do anything just because you are scared to lose money or impatient to get the sudden small gain. Research what other traders are thinking and then take a decision. You can try meditation too.

All right, although most of us not knows it because in this crypto world now there are a large portion of newbies everyday who's entering the market without a proper knowledge or informations what they are entering in that cases they are the primarily prone of lossing much because of mismanagement of their own emotions.

I tried meditation, but it did not help. I have 2 ways out: to start working physically very hard or to watch a very funny comedy!

If you are new into something then managing emotions would really be very hard since you havent experienced it before which means if you do experienced it again and you do know on what would happen then most likely you would able to handle your emotion and let control of yourself. It does really just matter on experience because if you are already aware on how market moves or any other things which you are engage to then you are confident enough on the possible steps that you would made.
