That really sucks. I've never mined their FTC pool but I have mined their LTC pool and have never had any issues. I hope this gets straitened out. Good luck.

Yes youll have to do the config tho, its not easy!
What are you talking about, no he can't use scrypt miners, FTC has been NeoScrypt for quite some time now, it's a totally different algo that no Scypt ASIC can do.
