Just curious, is the time between blocks decreased from litecoin or is it the same as litecoin?

Indeed +1 Sorted out any probs I had as soon as I mentioned them, and even requesting people try to keep taking their money out rather than leave it on the server wallet, can't expect anything more and yet there's then some!  |

I can't figure out why altpool.com keeps timing out on me now. My cgminer just stops after about 20 minutes and I have to bring my CPU back to life by messing with it. I've checked my CPU settings and it's not sleeping the hard drive or anything so I think it might be how I have my flags in cgminer? Please help if you have any ideas.

Can you still get a fair amount of FC from CPU mining?
Made around 5 Coins over the last 24 hours using AltPool. Definitely slowing down a lot; but am hoping to reach 100 Coins before giving up (currently have 63). |

Hey, nice! I got a few donations when I woke up today, thanks you guys! So far I'm at : Estimated Per Payout 0.174838 FC Account Balance 0.541821 FC at the is-a-geek pool with ~7Kh/s for 10 hours 56FC in donations, though That means, officially, my first 1+ crypto coins EVAR!!! I'll always remember feathercoin fondly, if only for that. In the meantime it looks like people have hopped on most of the obvious things for setting up a little ecosystem (so to speak) for this. I've got some weak PHP skills and a shared server (or two ) available. Any ideas for fun things to do? Since I actually have some I would love to see this go somewhere even if I missed the real 'gold rush' ... |

Oh, WOW!!!
Got my miner set up and running after a bit of figuring things out. Not much info on setting up miners for FTC...oh well, it wasn't too difficult.
No sooner than I started my miner did I find my first block...what a surprise! The GPU hadn't even gotten up to full speed yet because it took no more than 2 seconds after starting the miner. Talk about some incredible luck!
Let's see what the next 24 hours brings.
